After being away on holiday, the amount of laundry we had was quite frankly, overwhelming. From the ease of the ordering process, the pickup and return Clarendon Laundry made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. While the price was a bit more than we had anticipated, after having our laundry returned to us folded, sorted and neatly packed we are more than happy with the out come. We will definitely be using this service again in the future. Edit to previous review...Unfortunately our second time using Clarendon Laundry left much to be desired. We had our dry cleaning picked up, the delivery day came and went with no communication from the laundry service. When I reached out to find out where our delivery was I was informed that they had me down for in store pickup, even though their own app stated "waiting for deliver". When we finally recieved our dry cleaning (5 days late) our nylon clothing bags had been replaced with clear plastic film bags. When I called to ask what had happened I was informed they had lost our good quality clothing bags but could replace them with their own. One of their drivers dropped off 1 very cheap clothing bag, the type you buy in bulk off Amazon for £1 a piece. To say i was extremely let down by the decline in their customer service would be a drastic understatement.

I used their laundry services (wash, dry and fold) for a few months when I was there, and they had been a great support for my entire stay. Timely collections and drop with proper laundry services, even went beyond their way a couple of times to entertain some difficult requests from my side. I highly recommend using their services.

Have used this company several times since moving to MH area 6 months ago. Always use their pick up and deliver service. Used both dry cleaning and laundry services and could not be happier with them. Friendly staff, reliable, efficient and trustworthy. Would not use any other company.
