Geeves of Solihull Dry Cleaners

My daughter gets married in June and I took my dress to be altered, after having a recommendation from a friend and I wasn't disappointed. My dress is perfect, I have lost alot of weight so there was quite a bit to do and I am thrilled to bits with the results. Thankyou so much 😊

I recently took my coat to Geeves Dry Cleaning, and I am disappointed with the way they handled it. Unfortunately, after getting it back, I discovered that the zip was stuck, and upon closer inspection, it became clear that this was due to careless handling. It appears that when they tried to zip it up, the fabric got caught underneath the zipper, and instead of carefully fixing the issue, they simply left it as it was, damaging the material in the process. While some may see this as a minor issue, it is not for me. I am very disappointed.

I now have four lovely cushion covers made from some old fabric with sentimental memories. They are really neatly sewn and look great!

The staff are lovely and provide an excellent service. In particular, the lady who does the sewing and alterations is very obliging, and does a first class job. I regularly have my alterations done by her.

Natalia is super talented, she always finishes my alterations so well. Lovely staff... 👏
