Always fantastic service at this shop! I brought in some items I needed cleaned urgently for event and Lisa was more than happy to help, I got my items back in more than enough time and amazing customer service as well!

I brought four cashmere tops to be cleaned and it was also quite expensive. The tops are certainly not cleaned properly as the labels still look dirty and there are dirt marks on them that are not cleaned. Also they are only slightly pressed .I do a much better job at home. I would not be using the service again as it was a waste of time and money. I also came back to discuss this during working hours but there was nobody on the stand. I presume this is a badly run place and in reality I would like to think that they would be able to do the job properly

Dropped a 3 piece suit off to be dry cleaned last weekend. Told would be ready for Tuesday, didn't get notified so had to chase up. That being said, did a fantastic job and looks perfect, even got a couple of stains out of it too. Communication could be better.

They damage our clothes and lost one of our button. Went back and the stuff said they’re not responsible for losing a button. Also that woman responded in very bad attitude. Will not use again and hope others avoid this.

Dropped in some car seat covers that had got a bit damp in the loft, they came back absolutely spotless. They were also so helpful in being speedy as well, our new arrival decided to unexpectedly early but they finished up before it was time to bring her home.
