We come on holidays close to here every other year and have always used this laundry service! Staff have always been so friendly and have (on the odd occasion we were running low on clean clothes) put a rush on our wash and got things back to us in a speedy time. Price is good and reasonable and we have always got all socks back in pairs.

Checked the opening times before travelling 8 miles to be told that they wouldn’t take in my duvet to be cleaned. They were only open for pickups. I explained the distance that I had travelled but she point blank refused. The closing time was 8pm. This was at 6.15pm

Had an issue with the posted hours. The owner responded about the confusion. Things happen. Hours have since been updated. I didn't get to wash my clothes there, but the place seemed nice. Thank you for responding and clarify the situation. Edit: Went in the following morning to wash my clothes. Spoke with the owner. She was very nice and explained everything again.
