I truly don’t understand how this laundry shop has such high ratings on Google Maps. My experience was absolutely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel uncomfortable. Contrary to what other reviews say, the woman was far from friendly, and the man barely did anything. You’re not even given time to check the prices — they immediately pressure you into putting your clothes in the machines before telling you how much it will cost. They make the decisions for you, and once your clothes are inside, you’re forced to pay. Another major issue: cash only — no card payments accepted. This is not clearly mentioned anywhere. About the prices: while they technically match what’s displayed, the actual capacity of the machines is much smaller than advertised. The “18 kg” machine barely fits 10 kg. Same for the small and medium machines. So if you want to wash 10 kg of clothes, you’ll need to use two machines — meaning you’ll pay much more than expected. If you don’t mind overpaying for no real reason, the washing and drying itself is decent and works without any technical issues. We ended up paying £50 just to wash clothes for three people, in a fully self-service setup where you have to do everything yourself, including drying. There are plenty of better, cheaper laundromats in Glasgow. This one is seriously overrated and feels dishonest. I absolutely do not recommend it. Save your money and go elsewhere.

They were very accommodating and helpful. We had a large group come in to do self wash and they made sure we had everything we needed and we had no issues. They made sure we had enough seats while we waited for our laundry and they were very patient with all of us.

Halfway into a 7-week journey of the British Isles, we needed to do laundry. We wanted to do it our way, not have it done and delivered to the hotel. Owners are friendly and very helpful.
