Great service. Sent a pair of New Balance in to get cleaned up as I always wreck the suede when I try it. Courier collected and dropped off (nicest person ever!) absolute zero effort needed from me. Delighted with the result (see before and after photos) and will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Title: Disappointing Service Experience I recently had an experience with this service that left me extremely disappointed. I specifically requested new laces for my trainers, but they were returned without any laces. Additionally, there were still visible dirt marks at the top of the trainers, which was quite frustrating. For £35, I expected a much better outcome, especially considering how well the service is showcased in their promotional videos. While I do want to acknowledge that the lady who picked up and dropped off my trainers was lovely, the overall service did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this service based on my experience.

Fantastic shop. Went in to drop some shoes off for a clean and ended up walking out with a new pair of shoes. Extremely friendly and no pushy sales. The staff were brilliant with my 2 year old daughter too! I’ll be back next time I’m in Glasgow.

I recently used Boxfresh to dry clean my Canada Goose jacket, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The service was excellent from start to finish—great communication throughout, a very reasonable price, and most importantly, my jacket looks absolutely incredible. They handled it with care and professionalism, and I’ll definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!
