Awesome service! Awesome staff!! Very very friendly, helpful and welcoming! Thank you and merry Christmas to all your staff!!! £12 for 1 day turn around on king size duvet!!! Definitely worth it! Definitely going to be a returning customer!!

If NO stars were an option that's where I would start. First time 4 bags £24 - next 3 bags £24 - just visited with an obvious need for service - That'll be £12 to £18 a bag - I challenged the price based on their pick a number costings - £24 divided by 3 bags = £8 a bag - average service - NOTHING special! Take it away and don't come back with the wee bag flicking the V's telling me to F off! Unbelievable behaviour because they were challenged on ripping me off. Rude service with attitude - they are sooooo lucky there are few options in Kilmarnock...scamming rip off avoid!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Don't even deserve the 1 star. The most unprofessional business I have every visited. The staff are so rude and have no customer service skills what so ever. If you want ripped off and your belongings ruined this is the place for you!!!
