I had such a great experience with Magic Cleaners. They were friendly, professional, and super easy to communicate with. You can really tell they care about doing a good job. They paid attention to all the little details, which I really appreciated, and even went above and beyond in a few areas I hadn’t even thought to ask about. It’s not easy to find someone this reliable and thorough. If you’re looking for someone who’s not only great at cleaning but also genuinely kind and thoughtful, I highly recommend giving them a try.

I have never been here before but needed a button sewn on a dress so thought I would see what the cost was. She very kindly sewed it on the spot, at no charge! I have some dresses that need alterations and I am definitely bringing them here! Such friendly, kind, and efficient service! Thank you so much!

A Heartbreaking and Humiliating Experience — Please Read Before Going This happened today, and I’m still heartbroken by the way I was treated. I only went to this place because my regular cleaner was closed, so I looked for another nearby option. I truly wish I hadn’t. From the moment I walked in, the woman working there was cold and unwelcoming, but I stayed polite. I asked for pricing on a modest dress and two men’s blazers. I explained that the dress was simple — not a prom or formal dress, just long and modest as I’m a Muslim woman. She looked at it and immediately dismissed me, saying harshly, “This is not a simple dress.” Still, I asked for a price. The quote for the dress was much higher than I’m used to, while the blazers were more reasonably priced. I told her I’d skip the dress and move forward with just the jackets. At that point, she suddenly offered a discount. I respectfully declined and explained that my usual cleaner charges significantly less — around $9. That’s when she completely snapped. She began yelling: “No! Impossible! Nobody charges that much! I’m not doing this!” Then she added, “How about you take the jackets too?” and started aggressively removing all my items from the counter and shoving them toward me like she was throwing me out of the store. I didn’t say a word. I was stunned and heartbroken. I walked out in silence, overwhelmed by the shock and humiliation. All I did was decline a price and mention another cleaner — and I was met with hostility and disrespect. I had fully planned to still do the jackets with her, but she threw them back at me. As a paying customer, I have the right to accept or decline a price. What I received in return was humiliation. The culture in this place was aggressive, and outright discriminatory. As a visibly Muslim woman, I felt the racism clearly in how I was treated. She literally treated me inhumanly. And I’m not leaving this at just a review. I will share this experience wherever I can, because the pain and humiliation this woman left me with is something no one should go through. I will never return and I strongly urge others to avoid this place. We all deserve respect, and this place showed none.

I've been using Magic Cleaners since 2013. They are truly magical. Awesome customer service, fast and efficient, and they make my work shirts look like a million bucks!

They did my wedding dress and I’m so glad I went through Magic Cleaners instead of a wedding alterations place. Way less of a hassle and their turn around time was pretty quick! Thank you again!!
