Elizabeth is absolutely the best you will ever find anywhere. Her dry cleaning is impeccable. She can remove any stain. I spilled red wine on a white shirt….she got it out. Her alterations are the best. I trust her with all my designer clothes. I love going into her store, she is so friendly and happy.

Elizabeth is truly a gem. I cannot say enough about the incredible experience I had with her at Raleigh Hills Cleaners. I brought in a dress that had already been altered once by someone else, and unfortunately, the results were far from ideal. The hemline was uneven, the fit was off, and to make matters worse, it took nearly a month to get it back. By the time the event came around, it had been postponed, so I had a second chance to wear the dress—but when I tried it on again, it was just a disaster. The dress looked sloppy and felt like it didn’t belong to me anymore—way too big, and the previous hemming job was visibly poor. I was frustrated, disappointed, and running out of time. That’s when a friend recommended Raleigh Hills Cleaners and specifically told me, “You have to see Elizabeth.” I’m so glad I listened. From the moment I walked in, Elizabeth was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. I explained my situation, expecting to hear that it would take another week or two to fix what had already been botched—but instead, she took two quick measurements, reassured me with total confidence, and simply said, “Come back tomorrow.” Less than 24 hours later, I returned to pick up the dress and was absolutely stunned. It was flawless. Elizabeth had not only corrected the previous tailor’s mistakes, she transformed the dress into something better than I had ever imagined it could be. The fit was perfect—like it had been custom made for me from the start—and the hem was clean, precise, and elegant. In under a day, she had done double the work in a fraction of the time, and with 100% better results. And beyond her incredible skill, Elizabeth has the kind of personality that immediately puts you at ease. She’s kind, upbeat, honest, and clearly passionate about her craft. You can tell she takes great pride in her work, and it shows in every stitch. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing, who will treat your garment with care, and who can deliver high-quality results quickly and professionally, Elizabeth is your person. Like everyone else has shared, this is a GEM of a dry cleaners and Elizabeth is just an absolute delight! I actually look forward to seeing her every time I go. I have yet to take my clothes here for dry cleaning but I have plenty to say about alterations! Elizabeth does all the alterations and did a fantastic job with a bridesmaid’s (chiffon material) dress and pair of jeans. Elizabeth is quick, extremely talented and knowledgeable, and does exactly what is discussed. You don’t have to worry about her surprising you with anything, such as sizing still being too big (or suddenly too small and then being told you gained weight), a seamstress that thinks they know what’s best, someone that decides to take in the sides of a dress when you explicitly told them not to because it fit perfect before then, or work that is just simply subpar. That being said, I wish I found this place last summer as I would have taken my wedding dress here… Anyways… Elizabeth and her husband own this business and are the most personable and friendly people ever! They make you feel part of their family and there is never a shortage or smiles and laughter. I don’t know how they do it but somehow your day feels brighter when you leave that place. Also, they are always steadily busy with customers yet I have never waited more than a few minutes to receive help. Fantastic place and cannot rave about them more.
