The Clean Machine

I have always really rated this place, until now. I always found the staff helpful, until now. In the past, I've written positive reviews. Today, my son took one bag of washing in for a service wash. The bag contained one duvet cover, four pillow cases and one fleecy bedsheet. The woman working there, quoted £50. Can you believe it? £50! He came back and told me the price, so I immediately went in to get the washing back. I told the woman that this amount would usually cost around £8 at the most. I asked her to hand my washing back. She tried to deny what she'd said, insisting she'd said "it would cost UP TO £50". I think she'd taken one look at him, thought he was young and inexperienced and she was going to take the opportunity to rip him off. What else could have made her charge him that amount? Whatever her reasons, her behaviour was cynical and unacceptable. A total rip off. Won't be using that place ever again.

Worst experience. The guy standing there is so rude. I put my clothes in machine and go to him to take cash from AtM when i came back the other machines near to my clothes he filled with clothes and i put coins in wrong machine where he put their/customer clothes and i start the machine. After that i relaized i put coin in wrong machine i asked he to give me my coins because he was going to put his coin i same machine. He laughed and said i can't give you money you did mistake. I can give you only surf. How rude he was. They are theif. Even their machine didn't wash clothes properly. I will never comeback. I am also gonna complain in counsal
