Absolutely horrible service and doesn’t deliver the dry cleaning on time. Ruined a £50 suit pants. Stained it after giving it back a 3rd time to get it fixed again. The owner started blaming me and my family for being too dirty. So rude when asking for a refund and refused to provide any support and wouldn’t wash a 3rd time.

Very good service, and removed dirt(mud) where other dry cleaners weren’t able to. However be mindful of clothing’s you need on a specific day. I as luck as I rang in and initially they said won’t be ready - but the time was on my side few😮‍💨

Very poor dry cleaners, 2 coats put in for dry cleaning both came back damaged as pictured. The first had 3 large buttons snapped in half. The second had large burn marks/dents left on it. They never accept card or give receipts so there’s not a lot I can do about this as they’re unwilling to provide a refund or cover damage they have caused. Especially to my partners coat which has sentimental value. They were not honest about what had happened when my partner went to collect. They initially couldn’t even find the coats he waited 15 mins for them to be found. They also take payment prior to giving back the garment which all of which is calculated. Called and spoke to Ash on phone when we realised. He stated that they were not responsible. That they tell everyone they’re not responsible for damaged garments - didn’t say this we dropped off or that they were risky to dry clean (have both been dry cleaned elsewhere no issues). He said that I could bring them back in, but I would not be getting a refund which felt intimidating. I asked for the name of the owner or to speak to them he hung up. We’ve come here for years for drying in the winter months so it’s sad we’ve had such bad experience.

they handled my expensive clothes with care and delivered on time, the customer service was very good and the staff were very friendly, would recommend the prices are also very family friendly and i have been a loyal customer since the start.

Did not have items ready by the date they had set, and upon collection hadn’t cleaned a pair of trousers “because they don’t know how” even though the instructions say Dry Clean Only.
