I am incredibly grateful to the company for their outstanding effort and above-and-beyond service. I brought in some curtains for cleaning, only to discover they had plastic sewn into the tops. The company went the extra mile by contacting both the retailer and the fabric manufacturer to find out the best way to clean them safely. Unfortunately, neither provided much help. Despite that, the Dry Cleaning Co took it upon themselves to find a solution that protected the curtains during the cleaning process. Thanks to their care and initiative, the plastic didn’t need to be removed—saving me over £100. I truly appreciate their dedication and professionalism. The curtains look fabulous in my lounge.

I am extremely grateful for this company and their above and beyond service. We had a 3 piece suit, a Ted Baker jumpsuit, and a very special dress, that belonged to my mother, that was handmade for her a while back. The pick up and delivery were smooth but I must admit when I handed the items to the gentleman, I was in a bit of a rush and forgot to tell him how delicate my mother's dress was and kind of hoped for the best. Well, the best did arrive today when, apart from delivering an impeccable suit and jumpsuit he also delivered my mother's dress back in absolute pristine condition. As it was handmade, there was no label for guidance and they had to hand-wash it but on top of that, they managed to straighten the slightly bent half moons that decorate it and somehow make it more sparkling! I wish I knew the name of the gentleman but I thank him and his staff and will definitely return for future service.

This the first time after several recommendations. I am impressed at the professional service, standards and most of all my dresses came back to me in the same condition I bought them! Definitely at the top of my list and 5 star plus.
