Spring Clean

Been there twice. The first time I went I told them I'm here first time. They just showed me how the machine worked, nothing about the other services or dryer. Anyways I managed to work around. Second time I went there on a working day and asked the lady if they can keep the laundry and I could pick-up later. She acted as if I asked her something out of the world. Told me it wasn't possible for her to do today. I told her she could keep it and I could pick up next day but she said she didn't have space to even keep the bag and that I should come back in a couple of hours. Who has that much time and what's the guarantee she'd have space for a bag!! Not going there again which is a shame because I live 5 mins away and planned to come frequently.

Always excellent service coupled with a friendly approach from all the staff I come into contact with. I get my clothes service washed here and they're always neatly folded and stacked ready for me to collect. Treat people the way you'd want to be treated and there'll be no complaints. 100% recommended. (Richard)

The machines are good, but the staff are so rude, went in and the lady working there was complaining about people coming in cause she had service washes, if you have a load of service washes and can’t take walk ins, put a sign up, or just close!!!
