Rafiki Launderette & Dry Cleaning

I’ve been using Rafiki for over 6 months and the service has been exceptional. Monica and Sharon have consistently looked after me, always professional and willing to go the extra mile. Monica, in particular, is a true asset to Rafiki Laundrette. Her dedication and friendliness make every visit a pleasure. I’m now a regular customer.

Took my Gucci cap in for a clean was worried at first been told by other laundrettes that it wouldn’t be possible monika ensured me the cap would be cleanedat high standards I was told it would take a week but was done in 4 days which was great I got the cap back looking brand new so pleased and will definitely recommend this laundrette for designer cleans perfect I couldn’t be more happy

I received exceptional service from the dry cleaning, which showcased a high level of professionalism. Sarbjit provides reliable and effective washing and drying services. She was very friendly and helpful which enhances the overall customer experience. I would definitely consider using her services again in the future.

Had a perfectly good experience here. The machines were clean, they worked as expected, and the space was tidy. everything you need for a straightforward laundry day. Ramanjot was lovely, anything you need she's more than happy to help. Will continue to come back

Visited the laundrette today and was greeted and helped by such a lovely lady named ramanjat (apologies if I've spelt her name wrong). As soon as I walked in she was very attentive, warm and friendly :-) she was so hard working making sure every client was seen to promptly and was very on top of all she was to do :-) hardworking and welcoming lady with a pleasant persona. Was a pleasure to observe her hard work ethic and warm character. Thank you :-)
