Gladys Wash & Dry Cleaners

My first time here. I came at about 7:30am on Sunday. There were a few machines available, but quite a few people were there. It would be nice to have a few seats there to be able to wait, but not sure the space would allow for that. You can pay by card or coins. Washing is about 30 min and you can set drying to whatever time you need $0.25 per 5 minutes. Machines aren’t new but in good condition, clean. The staff are polite and helpful.

Very nice and clean laundry. Employees always clean it and willing assist you and give advice.

The machines charge you $5,00 if you pay with card instead of 25cts for 4min drying machine. Total rip off .

It's a shitty service I took my clothes to be washed and they lost a lot of clothes and no one was responsible and it was a lot of clothes that I lost.

I've been using this laundry service for about 3 years. drop off excellent laundry function, fast and perfectly folded…. it was true and i was always happy with their service, i left tips for the employees but on October 20, 2024 i don't know what to do. i brought my things, left them and took them. the amount was $12.5 and i left a tip of $7.5. but i had time to unpack my things on sunday and on monday i saw that all my clothes, my uniform were covered in some kind of oily and greasy stains (on the back, sleeves). first i googled what it could be and it turned out that it could be a problem with the washing machine mechanism. i called them and got the answer that it was my problem but they took my things for rewashing and said it would take time. 3 days passed and no one called, i called myself and they said that it can't be removed and it was before come and pick it up it's my own fault. It's my own fault that you ruined all my things (I only brought huddle and leggings and a uniform), but there are stains everywhere, on my socks, etc. The owner is not there, he's on vacation, they hang up on me, it's your problem and that's it. I'm just in shock, I don't know what to do. agreed to rewash and agreed that such stains on the Spira cannot be left to a person, it is worth noting that they removed stains from one pair of pants, but in the end they did not call and said it was your own fault and your problems, this is service -100, the owner will not call you, who are you, if you need owner come at 12 am from Tuesday to Wednesday, well, isn't that crazy? owner, I am waiting for your apologies at least for the damaged things, the last digits of the phone are 9725
