The owner permanently hot glues a tag to all your clothes so that he can track it in his system. They destroyed my $100 shirt this way. Additionally, my coat which was supposed to be dry cleaned, was given back with a damaged button that couldn’t be fixed. The owner attempted to replace the button, but instead applied a completely random color button.

impeccable service, friendly staff ....my garments are always handled with care, and returned to me in pristine condition. The Tailoring work is also incredible , I bring all of pants, suits, etc and the alterations are always on point!

One of the best dry cleaners in Brooklyn. They do a great job on shirts and pants. The owner is very friendly and will bring the order out to your car when you call him so you don't have to park. I highly recommend it.

First time tried this cleaner thought it’s good because of reviews. The worst dry cleaner I ever been too. Left all the stains on skirts and suits. When I asked him about he gave be b..sh answer about certain material not getting cleaned. I’ve been to other dry cleaners and the same clothes were cleaned with no issues. Claims he has cheapest prices in the area, guess what you’re the most expensive without a good service

Please Read Entire Review: He returned lost diamond earring. It is a great place to have your clothes cleaned and tailored. The owner, Sam, also runs it and is there almost all the time. He cares about his customers. One time my mother accidentally left a diamond earring in her clothes. Sam found it and returned it to her. How many places would do that for you? This wasn't the only time he has done that. I have heard from other customers similar stories. I myself was there once when someone dropped off some clothes to get cleaned. Sam went through the pockets like he always does to make sure nothing was accidentally left. He found a wad of cash rolled up, called up the owner and returned the money. You will not find a more honest and caring cleaners.
