Really disappointing experience. I took in three pairs of trousers for alterations and two pairs of jeans for repairs. We agreed on a price upfront, but when I went to collect them, I was told they only accepted cash. After going to get cash, they then attempted to increase the price. The quality of work is shocking. The repairs are poorly done, and one pair of suit trousers has a visible needle mark down the back, clearly from a mistake they made. This is completely unacceptable for a professional service.

Excellent service from the team here at Iron Maidens - always friendly and reliable. Turnaround time is exceptionally quick and the quality of care really shows in the garments. You can tell they really know their stuff! Very professional and couldn't be more pleased :) Highly recommend to anyone for alterations and dry cleaning.

So today was my first time taking my 3 of my pants to be altered and all I can say is she did an amazing job , she got altered the pants so perfectly. What caught me by surprise is that she was able to not only alter my jeans but also 2 of my corduroy pants. I am definitely happy with the results. Most definitely coming back again.

Absolutely brilliant alteration service from Noreen. I had Nike Cargo trousers that were great but far too large. Took them to lovely Noreen, she did her magic. You would never tell it has been altered. She is AMAZING!

I had to find a new dry cleaners because the one I’ve always went to closed down recently. I’m really happy I found this place Iron Maidens, their reputation and reviews didn’t disappoint. Very professional dry cleaning of the two down jackets I bought in, and they even managed to remove a stubborn stain I had on one of them. An excellent service to my down jackets, very accommodating staff, a very price, and hand delivery of the jackets when they were ready. I will definitely be returning and this will be my go-to for my dry cleaning from now on. Thanks guys
