What a great place! By far the cleanest and best looked after launderette in the Birmingham area. I’ve been a regular for many years now. Prices are competitive and the service you get here is second to none, the girls running it are so friendly and helpful and generally just pros at what they do.

This is by far the worst washateria I’ve ever used, and I won’t be returning. The washing machines are ridiculously high, making it impossible to use them comfortably unless you’re tall. I had to tiptoe just to put washing powder into the slot, and despite being as careful as possible, a small bit of powder ended up on top of the machine. This was unavoidable due to the poor design. Instead of offering any understanding, the rude, grumpy old man working there decided to follow me all the way to my car to complain about it. He claimed there was a stool I could’ve used, but the floor was wet, and if I had slipped and injured myself, he admitted he would’ve been liable. Yet, rather than addressing these issues or offering help, he was sarcastic, unprofessional, and condescending, going as far as making immature comments like “bla bla bla.” His behaviour was not only rude but also felt intimidating and completely unacceptable. On top of the harassment, the prices here are outrageous—£9.00 for an XL washing machine that only runs for 25 minutes. Other places offer longer cycles for the same price or less. We pay for a service, but we don’t get the service we expect—they clearly don’t care about their customers. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s a waste of money and you’ll only leave feeling frustrated and disrespected. Doesnt even deserve a 1 star rating!

Hi, To explain I rarely leave reviews but having read what I would assume is a very grumpy and miserable person with a grudge. I felt compelled to respond as my experience here is very different. I'm an old chap and have been coming here for many years when a gentleman used to run it but of recent years by a young girl ( to me!! ) and have found them to always be helpful and friendly. And there have been many occasions I needed that at my age. The laundry shop is always clean and tidy as are the machines I find the prices good compared to others and will continue to use it until I can no longer carry the bags here. Whilst I respect other people's opinions I do feel this particular person is just being nasty and vindictive for her own purpose. Sorry for rambling on but nastiness is just such a negative feeling. Moseley washeteria is a God send staf are so friendly as a disabled person it's not easy to take clothes in a lawndret as a weel chair user thay solved all my fears I was able to get home pick up and drop bk to me fantasic servis well appreciated

I have been a client of the unbelievably brilliant Moseley Washeteria for 5 years now. Every aspect of their work is the greatest I have ever seen and I have used a few. Washing, drying, ironing all absolute first class. The customer service brilliant and the owner is a wonderful lady. Highly recommended. Dr AA Ali
