London Dry Cleaners

STAY AWAY FROM DRY CLEANING HERE. I went somewhere else and didn’t know until after that they send the clothes here. Awful experience, absolutely ruined my husbands wedding tux jacket and gave it back without saying anything. Apparently there was already a mark on it before she cleaned it and took pictures - they actually tried telling me we’d taken a completely unwearable suit to get cleaned. No one tried to contact us to say this ‘before’ it was cleaned. I know we took it in perfect condition (a year old, worn for our wedding evening, never cleaned before, had dry clean only label on). They had no proof at all that the pictures from were taken before, not after it was ‘cleaned’ and ruined. Conveniently I was shown pictures between the two places with no messages visible, as the conversation about ‘what to do’ was over phone calls… Horrendous customer service, I rang up just to ask about whether they had proof there was a mark beforehand, so that I could carry on dealing with trying to get the place I’d taken the items to take responsibility and at least refund the cleaning fee, I didn’t want anything else from this place. But the lady was shouting and talking so fast I could hardly get a word in, left me so shaken up as they were trying anything under the sun to take no responsibility.

Lovely lady, with a wonderful smile and cheerful greeting when you enter the shop. She made a coat I'd bought secondhand look like new.

No good woman she holding on to my personal belongings in her flat my food stuff my clothes and my Kids clothes even my personal letters refuse to give me my things from February everything I have it holding on to

Had my down coat dry cleaned from here. A very good job done, will be using again. Thanks
