Absolutely awful customer service! The woman that served my mother to take some parcels back was very rude and dismissive and only sent her away with one confirmation for the one parcel but not the other. I think you need to send your staff on a customer service course! Absolutely disgusting will never use these people again.

I would give Stourbridge Johnsons 10 stars if I could! I took in a ribbon-lace bridal over-dress which had been stored in the loft since1971 and was no longer white, but very much OFF-white, tending towards mucky-cream along the folds. What a miracle! My vintage garment now looks brand-new thanks to the loving attention of the friendly, caring staff. Thank you so much. I am delighted with the results.

Have visited several times and always happy with price and also service Today took a jacket into be repaired Zip was broken ,lady said give me 2minutes, jacket was fixed and no charge In this day and age that’s outstanding Highly recommended

The colleagues here are amazing! They are friendly and happy to help. I had taken my son and husband’s suit to be pressed and altered for our daughters wedding and they were ready for collection in just a space of 48hrs, perfect! Then I panicked and realised that after collecting our daughters dress from the seamstress, that it needed the creases taking out and freshened up, but with only a day left before the wedding the only place i could try was here and Yes of course it was no trouble and ready to collect in time, just brilliant service and an utter pleasure. Thank you
