I don’t typically post bad reviews, and am doing so now not because of what happened but because of how it was handled. I took two dresses into Hilliard Cleaners and they are no longer wearable because of staining. I didn’t realize this until I got home, so I went in to explain the situation. I did so calmly and politely, while expressing my disappointment. I talked with the owner, Chris Patel, who immediately responded by cutting me off, raising his voice, and accusing me of lying (including lying about pictures I have of one of the dresses from the past couples weeks where there is no staining on the dress). The only thing I was offered was for them to “try again”, and I’m definitely not doing that, especially after the way I was treated. I’ve worn these dresses for years to many important and memorable occasions, and am mostly just sad that I won’t be able to wear them again. I expressed this to him as well, which clearly meant nothing.

Fantastic service and very fast turnaround time. The clothes are usually ready at least a day ahead of when they schedule. The staff are always friendly. The clothes come out looking great.

Something happened here. Looks like new management. Walked in Monday at 3, asked about expedited service "Friday". Ok, so I need them sooner, I go to leave and it's "Wednesday". I ask about price "extra". But it's not listed anywhere. "1 Dollar per shirt, double for jacket" . Can't write it down so I'll know the price. I'd avoid this place, something weird going on. It was my go-to and I always got great service.

Won’t go back! Poor Customer Service! Something going on at this Cleaners as I agree with the last Review. Not the same friendly service. I’ve been coming to this Cleaners for just over a year and been there over 10 times I believe with minimal issues. I dropped my shirts off and was told they would be ready Friday March 8th in the afternoon, no specific time given, but told “in the afternoon”. Before leaving the employee pointed up to the Price Board and pointed to the price stating, “per shirt”, which I already knew. Like, he said it with a tone. So, on Friday March 8th at 2:01PM I received a text from Hilliard Cleaners advising my shirts were done and ready. I arrived at approximately 3:15 PM and the same employee took my Receipt and said something like, “The receipt says 5P”, as he walked to the back and as if I was suppose to wait and come in to pick up my shirts at 5 PM or later, even though, I got their text message at 2:01P saying my shirt’s were ready for pick up. I advised the employee I received at text message from them that my shirts were ready so I came. He then said, “All, they’re ready.” He then mumbled something under his breath and then stated something to the effect, “I told you this when you dropped them off!” I’m thinking is this guy really yelling at me and upset because I came in early to get my shirts even though I received their text message. Sorry Hilliard Cleaners, my family and I no longer need your Services after this incident. We will go elsewhere.
