Porter's Coin Laundry

I drove from Asheville to the laundromat just to check it out because it was open 24 hours I went at 5:00 p.m. though just in case I needed to go to a different laundromat. there was a lady in there already doing laundry who warned me that the washing machines were black. I proceeded to look in the washing machine and I cleaned out the ones that I was going to use because I didn't feel like driving all the way back to Ashville. I paid for 4 washing machines.. 2 didn't agitate and another didn't have hot water... I brought all of my wet clothing home in bags... I tried to call for assistance but the number connected to the business does not work. I haven't had the opportunity to drive back out there yet either and I don't know if I will ever get my money back. it really hurts because I just lost my job in March and I'm on unemployment. it's bad enough to go to a laundromat but I don't have money to be losing in washing machines. I need clean clothes for job interviews

Horrible it's the worst I have ever seen! More than half the machine are out of order. The ones that do work the dryers most don't even heat up the change machine didn't work there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in the machines. I should have taken pictures but I'm surprised this place hasn't been shut down. I will never return I hope others don't either.

Horrible experience. Half of the dryers don’t work and their was a line of folks waiting to dry laundry so I had to go to a different laundry mat to dry my clothing. Old run down business that’s gross.

Horrible experience. Place is falling down, barely any dryers that worked and people were waiting in line for dryers. I left and took my wet clothing to Asheville!! Highly recommend shutting this place down!

If you're a trucker parked at Love's, Pilot, or Scheetz, this is close & you can bobtail in. If parking is full, park across the street (large parking lot) and walk over. $2.75 for wash. Dryers are 25 cents (to start). Pretty run down, but lots of washers and dryers
