Launderette

Very nice laundromat! Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean and prices were reasonable. I would definitely come back.

A very nice and quaint place to do laundry. The woman who owns the establishment is extremely nice. My wife and I are truck drivers and finding a good place to do laundry can be tough. We were able to park our truck in the parking lot across the street, but she said we could park on the street out front if we wanted too. She took an interest in our lives and was very personable. We even got there a little late and had to stay a few minutes past closing time. She didn’t rush us out the door and told us to take our time folding. If I need to do laundry in Circleville again, I will definitely come back.

Very nice, clean laundromat. The washers and dryers work great. It's nice to see someone take pride in their business. I will be back. 🙂

My husband Steve has had to do the laundry there twice while waiting for our washer and dryer to arrive. The Launderette is clean, everything works and the attendant is sweet and helpful. The attendant was amazing. She even watched our clothes and folded them while he went home to meet the service repair person. We can't say enough for how nice of a place this is. True customer service!!!

Ugh. So I tried not to leave a bad review but after taking time to think about it, it needs to be said…the old woman that works in there was & unkind & down right rude to me because of a small mis-hap.. I wasn’t going to press the issue but after thinking about it, it was a disappointing interaction as a paying customer. I didn’t realize that the $5 machine wasn’t taking my quarters until I had put the 3rd one in. She attempted to make fun of me by calling me “special” who says that to someone? Even if you “think” that lol it’s poor customer service. Not to mention I’m new to using a laundromat but I’m not stupid. She must be bothered by my presence but get ready bc I will be back as there aren’t many good options in town. I’m not a confrontational person but I won’t be belittled. I tend not to take things personal but if I’m going to be a regular…… The whole thing is silly but considering the fact that the machines don’t do the best job..my clothes always come out too hot to the touch and wrinkled, plus a good pair of pants ruined. Plus socks and other things get shrunk in a small amount of drying time.. If porters wasn’t so crowded I’d take it upon myself to clean the machines & do it there. Seems like so many other good reviews being left so why me? I apologize if you’re uncomfortable in my presence. Not to be dramatic but I’m kind, friendly & clean. Do better & be mindful of who you’re judging I serve an Almighty God.
