The staff at Granville location were wonderful. This was an unforseen last minute wedding dress and veil pressing. The wonderful lady put me in touch w Margaret for and urgent assistance in pressing and steaming. Margaret called right back and set everything up w drop off and pick up at Granville Cleaners location. They were very attentive at drop off and picking up. Helped me to the car w my daughter's wedding dress. Took a lot of stress off myself. Her pricing was jawdropping to say the least. Thank you so much to the staff at Granville and to Margaret they are true gems. Their customer service above and beyond. Will definitely recommend their services if anyone needs a referral.

Very friendly. They do a great job! We just had a white suit jacket cleaned. It had black where the sleeves had been cuffed. I didn't think it would come clean, but it looks great!

Beware of this location if you are attempting to do any alterations. I stopped in with a coat that I wanted patched and had a lengthy conversation with the front desk person. She wrote a bunch of notes in the system about the request. When I returned, not only did they LOSE the patch, but they added a black patch that I did not ask for and completely ruined the coat - it’s now such a big repair that the patch I originally had will not work. They are unable to locate my original patch and have done nothing to remedy their error. I will not go back and would caution anyone using their services.
