Big Kahuna Ozone Laundry

I was dreading spending time on a Sunday at a laundromat but wow was I pleasantly surprised. Of course our washer had went out and we had comforters and blankets from all bedrooms as well as our "normal" laundry. Customer service was impeccable from the moment I walked in until I left - and it was super clean, efficient and plenty of space for all. Michelle walked me through the use and guided me on the best machines to use for which etc. and also made sure she was available throughout our visit. We were able to use 5 large washers and 3 large dryers - in and out within a little over an hour. Highly recommend!

This is a large, very clean laundromat! I needed help understanding how to use the machines, and two attendants were extremely helpful and kind! I am traveling, and wanted to clean all of our bedding and wardrobes before heading home! I was able to get it all done in 4 loads, in just over an hour! Highly recommended!

The lady at the front made me feel very welcomed and explained my whole process making it very understandable and not overwhelming they have cards that can be loaded pay at the unit or an ATM with many options on load and dryer sizes making it a breeze very clean and extremely reasonable with this economy I'm waiting on a washer part and dreaded going in as a child I hated it. This whole process was about 45 mins in and out without folding washer 28 dryer 15 all under 10 bucks with dryer sheets and soap I used decent size washer I believe 50 lbs and dryer same... it seems kid friendly as they have games also they have vending machines and even lotto if u wanna take a chance 😉 MANY THANKS WILL BE MY GO TO IF NEEDED!!

This place is by far the coolest L.M. I've ever been too. First, the things to keep the busy minds busy!! ♡ Love that! Second, the multi choice laundry size! So easy to understand!! Third, Cost for washing wasn't bad. We did an 8 load wash with heavy soil and extra water for like 12 or 13. Starting the washer up was a bit confusing but understanding it was totally on me. The amazing attendant inside offered help, but I was miss independent 😂. Once the first few clicks go in, You'll get it too. Forth but I kind of feel was the selling point for Lil ol me .. was the fact that I was able to dry, on low temp, 1 bedding set then switch to high temp to split the dry time with a portion of the 8 load. The time it took for all of this was less then an hour. My clothes been dry but they all still got 15 minutes. So I'm writing my review. The lady in there been on her toes cleaned and helping folks with a smile. It so awesome to see a smiling face in a laundromat. Last thing we need is a grumpy old maid. Melodie I think her name was. Sorry bad with names. Anyways whomever the owners are, you're doing awesome.
