Outstanding customer service and attention to detail.Melayna gave me great information about getting the yellow tint out of one my favorite excessively over starch white Oxford style shirt...which is totally my fault. The shirt looks new again and I'm a medium starch instead of heavy starch guy from this point forward. Awesome service and great customer by Melayna she was very personable and professional.

The staff members have all been very nice and they’re clearly hardworking. Sometimes one person will be juggling multiple cars and a line of people inside. They do a great job with my clothes too. Super fast turn around!

My local dry cleaner couldn't take care of me on an urgent last minute situation. COMET DID! Dropped off late Friday evening and clothes were ready Saturday after 3. On top of that the customer service was phenomenal! A+in my book.

I was given a choice as to how I wanted my shirts processed, dry cleaned or laundered and quoted a price for both. This was a Big deal for me because I am a first-time customer and this is the exact reason I left the last company (Five Star) because they assumed they new better than I as to how I expected my shirts to be done.

Had a tuxedo cleaned and for the first time with a cummerbund. Neither the accepting person nor I realized that one end of the cummerbund belt was laced only so the buckle and sliding clips were missing when I picked it up. The Comet Cleaner staff were very helpful in searching and finding the missing parts to help avoid a claim. Gabriella and her afternoon cohort were excellent and very professional. This kind of customer service draws me back and creates trust. Good job!
