The individual who assisted in repairing my pants was exceptionally helpful and completed the repairs in significantly less time than she initially estimated. I am now confident in having a reliable place to have my clothing cleaned and repaired. Thank you for your assistance.

Clerk was very friendly and gave me a coupon for a 20% discount, and my dry cleaning even got done earlier than expected! Very happy with the service here.

Don’t really like Not being able to use coupons from their website when picking up dry cleaning. Apparently it has to be presented at time of drop off which seems sort of irrelevant if the coupons have an expiration date regardless of you use them during drop off or pickup . . 9.50 a shirt is really expensive and when I picked up my eight polo shirts I was met with a 76 dollar bill.i was not impressed .

The young woman that helped me on 02/04/25 (she’s usually there in the evenings, and I feel guilty that I don’t remember her name), was awesome as usual. She’s always professional, courteous, friendly, and fast. I could use a dozen employees like her, right now. But, I can’t stand your new hours closing at 6 pm on weekdays, the earlier close on Saturdays doesn’t affect me. Please bring back 7 pm closings and keep up the otherwise great service and excellent staff hirings!

Dafne and Jordan are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The quality is good, although they have used excessive starch lately. Unfortunately, the service has really gone downhill with the new management. They raised their prices and curtailed their hours, but instead of cutting morning hours when the people who can actually afford dry cleaning on a regular basis can't come, they cut the evening hours which are best for those of us who work. This seems rather odd since you would think that they would keep the evening hours and cut the morning hours to better cater to regular customers who mostly work during regular business hours. So do they expect me to buy more clothes since I can't come after work anymore and have to come on weekends or find another cleaners with better hours? Also, it takes a lot longer now to get our cleaning back. For example, when I drop my cleaning off on Thursday evening, it is not ready until the next Monday at closing time, which is now an hour earlier so I can't make it there after work. Apparently, management is blissfully unaware that clothes dropped off late on Thursday are not ready until closing time on Monday and they claim the clothes will be ready the next day.
