They can do it all! Get rid of makeup stains, alter clothes, and know what it means when I ask for heavy starch!!! Friendly family owned business!!!! They have my business forever!

I took a comforter and they never washed it, just wrapped it and charged me for cleaning it! Second time, my husband took his white shirt (it was a new shirt & only wore it one time) and they burned the collar and didn't admit it! Never went back there again! They acted like they didn't do anything wrong! Check your clothes before you walk out of there otherwise they'll tell you they're not responsible.

I am incredibly disappointed in this place. I went to pick up my dry cleaning a day after they told me it would be ready. When I got there I was told it wasn’t ready yet. I did not need my clothes right away and was okay with coming back later in the week. I went to pay with my card and they told me I would be charged a surcharge for using a card, but if I payed cash there would be no charge. Then I get home and see that my dresses are still wrinkled. The worst part is that they were given back to me with white animal hair. I don’t own any pets! My bill was around $96 dollars. What in the world?! I was hopeful for this place because the woman in the front was friendly. Clearly friendly does not equal “quality” service.

I was told my coat would be ready on a Friday. I went to pick it up and there was a sign that said they would return in 15 minutes. About 35 minutes later the worker came rushing back and I told her I was there to pick up my coat. She said it would be ready by Tuesday. I go back on that day and the door was locked and this time no sign. No apologies. This was my first and last visit to that dry cleaner.

Around 5 PM I first went to Maverick cleaners by Military and 35, but they have a sign right up in the front that says no next day service. I was under a time crunch because I decided the day before a work event that I needed my suit cleaned. I was desperate, until I found this place. I was glad that Paola answered the phone. I explained my situation and she gave me assurance that my clothes would be ready the next day. I brought in my three piece suit and tie to be cleaned as well as my dress shirt that had a pink stain on the cuff that I was hopeless would never come off. She said she could try to get it out...I thought it was a lost cause (btw this is my favorite dress shirt), when I came the next day to pick up my clothes...to my total astonishment...she got the stain out! I am so grateful to the staff here. They are pros and know what they are doing. Make the right decision and come to Top Spot Cleaners!!!!
