I went to this location because it had the best ratings to others near my home and liked the cleaning until tonight. I was picking out the shirt I was going to wear tomorrow until I saw one of my shirts had a stretched line on the right side. Yes they attached a note mentioning discoloration (which I didn't even see any discoloration) but that's no exception for the stretching, like if it got caught on something while cleaning. I literally only got to wear it once for my new job and after dropping it off to get it "cleaned" im not willing to put it on since it's not even presentable (still with their tag they put haven't even attempted to put it on). I've attached the before picture for when I bought it (literally about 2 weeks ago) along with other shirts and pants that I took, the dark blue was the one that was ruined. Also another small problem my light blue shirt was stained by the buttons and the back area. The light blue one I wore because I didn't even know It until my boss called it out. Stains aren't too visible through the picture but I marked where the stains are. And yes I'm being very picky now with the light blue one but there is no exception if it's being cleaned then I should get it cleaned. I will be returning first thing tomorrow to talk to a manager about my dark blue shirt because like I stated before Its literally band new I still even got the receipt for when I bought it

Be Carful taking your time expensive garment to this place. Starch application is super high even if you ask for light starch. Notice shirts practically stand up due stiffness. Suits get pressed and damaged during cleaning. Horrible experience!! Hours are not updated with sufficient time. Never again.

don't go to this place. my husband brought 5 pants to this place and all the pants were horribly pressed with two lines everywhere. we returned them again but the pants are equally badly ironed. is that so I have to iron them again

I've been going for 4+ years now. I take a lot of clothes. Usually near $200 every time. Once they tore a dress shirt and were very quick to offer me compensation and did so. Only once did I have an employee snap at me very harshly because I forgot my ticket. She didn't last there very long at all. I'm happy :)

Been coming here for years the owners are fantastic and the employees are friendly and helpful. The only problem is that they’ve cut back on starch you can’t get your clothes with extra starch anymore. You can’t get it your way
