Horrible service and quality of work! And she had the nerve to charge me for it as well! Took my sweater there to repair small holes in it and the results looked like my 3 year old performed the work! I do not recommend this establishment for tailoring! Save yourself the headache

We dropped off a jacket that was quoted to be ready on a Thursday. We got busy and didn’t go pick it up until the next Friday (8 days after it was supposed to be ready). When we arrived it still wasn’t ready! They did not apologize and this is not the first time it has happened. It’s a shame because they do good work but very unreliable.

I love this place! They do the same quality job I experienced way back in time, and thought was no longer practiced in the cleaning industry. I had tried other cleaning services in San Antonio and these folks are so very much better at what they do, even restoring things the others either gave up on or refused to accept in the first place. They are always courteous, very friendly. All of this, quality work and friendly service, at comparable, or better, prices than all the others. They are the first place I think of when needing to get my clothes cleaned and ready to wear.

Great people to work with especially for a local family business. My clothes and quilts come back in better shape than they started in. Happy to support such a place!

My boyfriend has been going here for about a year and refuses to take his dry cleaning anywhere else. After a while, I finally tried them; they’re phenomenal. Kind employees and quality work. I never worry about my clothes and don’t plan on using anyone else ❤️ -Tracey
