McDougall cleaners is first rate. I have used them for 30 plus years. They do an excellent job and I love the friendly staff. They are all so accommodating. And the drive thru is so quick,easy and efficient. Thank you McDougall!

Called ahead of time and told the lady on the phone the size of my comforter and told her that I needed it washed, and she gave me a Price ($30.29) When I got there the older lady at the front desk with salt and Pepper hair with glasses told me that “ THEY DIDN’T DO THAT” I told her that I had just talked to someone an hour earlier and they gave me a price on my comforter being washed. She then said “ Ok but if we do it you are going to have to sign a waiver in case it messes up” At that point I told the older lady that I never had to do that before and that the other lady on the phone should have told me that. I also assured her that the comforter was NOT Feathered. After I told her that I used to work in a Dry cleaners myself, her tune seemed to change. Regardless, I am Never going back there again. The staff there needs to be on the same page as to that type of business they are offering to possible customers. I had 3 other comforters that I needed to take, well not anymore because “OLMOS” ended up getting my business.

My grandfather told me that a good dry clearner is hard to find, McDougall Laundry & Cleaners is proof of that. Used them specifically to get a tux shirt back in two days, they promised delivery the following day Long behold they didn't get the shirt done until three days after the original promised delivery (four days later). Their prices are high, but I don't mind that if the service was good and timely, which it really isn't. Got a lot of attitude as others here mentioned and very little customer service. I don't know what the owner is thinking given the large amount of cleaners in the local area. Given you have a choice if you are reading this, I woul avoid this place if possible.

I love this dry cleaner! They do a great job, but they also get to know the families they work with. Professional and friendly staff with a personal touch keeps me using their services.
