Speed Queen Laundry

The employees are always cleaning when I come in and always are busy and helpful if you ask for help with a card or something . The only complaint I have is sometimes the customers will keep all of the carts when they’re not in use so no one else can use them unless you remove their stuff from the carts unfortunately. pictures included with the dryers done for examples.

I added 6 dollars to my card and it got eaten up by the machine. Nancy was a doll tried helping she put multiple of her cards in still not working she took me to another bunch of dryers and inserted my card and it said low balance I had just reloaded it. I would appreciate a refund in a timely manner I was told I need to call on a Wed or Thursday. I spent ultimately 11 dollars on one load of laundry. Smh

Washers were clean and worked well, place was clean as well. Worker was helpful and nice. My only complaint is it was expensive in my opinion. You have to buy a card for $1 however you get the $1 back in credit balance to the card, then you load the card with however much you think you’re going to spend. The part I didn’t like is you can’t load the card with change only dollars so if a machine cost $6.10 I had to load $7 on it and left .90 cents on the card that I will never use as it was a one time I went to wash a bath rug.

This wash and fold has the greatest staff ever i was in there today to drop off a load of laundry for wash and fold the assistant manager was a wonderful person god bless her soul the reason for my review is that iam a disabled senior citizen useing a walker and can’t do my own laundry so i need to have it done by speed queen laundry company the wash and fold prices are very very expensive it cost me 27 dollars and 40 cents for a wash and fold I understand that the cost of living has gone way up but as a senior citizen on a fixed income this price was outrageous to get your clothes washed i hope your mgmt team will review this review on Sunday morning june 29 2025 it’s taking a toll on a disabled person

Anthony was SO SO kind and helpful!!! Very clean and bright! Plenty of space to fold and lots of laundry carts. The washers are clean, work well and the dryers WILL dry your loads in one cycle. The pricing is cheaper than a few other places I have used. They also offer wash n fold service! I will be back! I wanted to add that Mikayla and Trish (manager) are excellent as well. Mikayla is just like the rest of the employees she is helpful and greets you with a smiling face! Yes, it may be weird to enjoy doing my laundry but completing 2-3 weeks of laundry in just a matter of 4 hrs beginning to end (including folding) is amazing and I had been on the hunt for a clean, affordable and SAFE laundromat. This location checks all the boxes! Thank you again to the amazing team here at this location!
