I just love Monica. I have been going there for over 15 years and she has always been extremely helpful, and friendly. No doubt that she loves her job. She always makes sure I use my coupons and has contacted me if she remembered that I asked her about a certain coupon/discount and is available. She's great!!

This has to be the best cleaners in town. Mellissa always goes out of her way to help me and has built up my trust and confidence over the years with consistent quality service.

Horrible took a pair of men's pants and shirt told the counter help that I wanted light starch on pants result was I had a cuffs on pant legs when pants didn't have any in the first place. I had asked for pleats on shirt to be done as well so long story short i refused items and asked them to redo what happens same crap and I still paid the fee. Never again Will I go there again they lost a customer...so incompetent

As usual MONICA was friendly, efficient, and accommodating whenever I drop off or pick up my dry cleaning! I do wish Five Star offered coupons online like they used too. I haven't received anything thru my email or junk mail in a awhile either. I hope they can fix that! Now a days Coupon savings would really help out in this economy and give ppl incentives to return to Five Star! Thank you!
