Totally Awesome Service, I’ve been a customer for over 10 years, and management and staff have only been outstanding from day one until now and I know from experience it’s only gonna get better because that’s who they are as representatives. A one star because I can’t figure out how to do zero stars. While dropping off 3 pairs of jeans and trying to tell Genie what I would like done she brushed off my request to have my jeans starched. I asked to make sure she heard me and she said “yeah, yeah I got it” I left feeling like she didn’t hear me so I called numerous times throughout the day to make sure she heard me and there was no answer. I tried calling the next day. The phone finally “worked” with Genie saying “oh no, you did not tell me that”. Instead of apologizing, she said oh you’re going to get one free pant anyway… which is the deal advertised on the front door. Expectedly I was upset and she said okay we will give you one free pant. Upon arrival to finally pick up my pants, the computers just happen to be down. What luck! So as she barked at us to go get cash, she said “by the way you’re paying full price”. Genie was not kind or apologetic and frankly very rude. We will be finding a new cleaner.

Love this place! They always go above and beyond for me. Everything is ready in quickly. I have taken mascot costumes & military uniforms done on time every time. And the customer service is impeccable. I won’t attempt anywhere else.

I've taken 2 - 3 piece Suits in within the last week and am Total Satisfied with the outcome. May GOD continue to Bless your Company as you satisfy your Customers in JESUS name.

Highly priced! Tried this cleaner for the first time and was surprised by the high price—especially since they didn’t tell me upfront. I went ahead, hoping the quality would match the cost. My jacket came back with a stain, and they had to keep it for a second try. For the price, it’s not worth it. I won’t be back.
