Took some pants in on Tuesday to have them altered /hemmed. Ashley was so polite and helpful. She measured me and my pants. I needed them back by Thursday and they were ready and the pants looked like they were from the factory /original seams/stitching and all. Very neat and professional results. I'm impressed and I'll be back. They gained a new customer.

Service here is always good and friendly. They do alterations as well. They fixed my jeans in a day or two., I had broke some belt loops. Great job. 1 day turnaround for dry cleaning if you get it in early.

I used Jun's on a regular basis. They dry cleaned my shirts numerous times. However, after picking up my shirts I noticed the collars on the shirt had a deep mark. It seemed as though the press was left on the collar to long. I brought this to their attention and they said they would redo the shirts. Three weeks later ( I demanded my cloths be returned) they returned my shirts with the same mark. They claimed it was the make of the shirt that caused the mark. I told them they have dry cleaned these shirts numerous times and there was never a problem. The manager/owner took forever to respond and never took responsibility. I took the shirts to another dry cleaner and they were able to fix the shirt, no problems. I will not use Jun's every again.
