The lady working there overcharges thinking I didn't pay attention or I'm not aware. The price is clearly printed on the window but she decided to charge almost double. When you pay by card she also added on to the total bill. Businesses cannot charge you a convenience fee if it is not publicly displayed. This is not a honest business.

I took my outfit and needed it the same day. Wasn't expensive at all. As long as you go before 9am, you'll get taken care of for same day. I honestly went because when i looked online, another place advertised if you went before 9am it's same day service. When i got there the lady had no idea what i was talking about and i needed to show her the add. She even asked if it was for her business. I showed her the address and the add and said i couldn't get same day service. So i just left and looked on the map asap and called maverick . They said same day before 9am and i was there 3 minutes before 9am and made it just in time!! So I'm glad it all worked out in the end!

Beware and take my advice and avoid this business. I was a loyal and devoted customer for the past 10+ years and actually lived through 3 different ownerships. Never had any issues or voiced any complaints. Recently, I noticed that 4 of my brand new dress shirts were torn in the SAME exact location so I left my phone number with staff for the owner to call me. Presuming that I have been a loyal and devoted customer for a long time and also had numerous casual conversations with the owner, I expected to receive a call from the owner but never did. I finally bumped into the owner while he was tending the store and he simply provided me with a list of endless excuses why he wasn't going to reimburse me for the torn shirts. I do hope you take my advice and take your business elsewhere.

I have been using these cleaners for several years but the last time I was there I encountered a very rude woman who after I asked if I could get my dry cleaned shirts starched she very rudely answered that only laundered shirts get starch. In all the years I have been using this business they always starched my shirts. I don't mind paying extra but they did it without any upcharge. When I came back to pick up my clothes about 3 shirts out of the 6 I brought in were not ironed at all! Sweaters were also hung from the hanger like they were shirts. All other times I had brought in sweaters they were folded and then hung. This is the last time I use this business. There are too many other dry cleaners out there that I'm sure will treat me and my clothes much better than this establishment.
