I had my son drop off his tuxedo and a bunch of my shirts with explicit instructions to launder the shirts and dry clean the tux. The cleaners decided that every single shirt needed to be dry cleaned. They ignored the cleaning instructions on the garment tag and charged me between $8 to $10 per shirt. Based on the fabric, which most of these shirts were simple cotton work shirts that have clearly been laundered for years. So this is a good choice if you want to pay Los Angeles prices right here in Shavano. I'll pass.

I have trusted Rose Cleaners for 5 years with my weekly laundry, including formals and wedding dresses. I have never been disappointed. I drive 15 miles to continue using their services even after having moved because of the professional and kind help of Linda. As a matter of fact, I wouldn’t continue without her. On my most recent visit, I noticed heaps of dirty laundry bags in the lobby which was disappointing. I hope they can return to their professional environment.

Linda is a delight. I use Rose Cleaners just because of her. She is always cheerful and efficient! The facility needs a lot of work. There are bags of school uniforms everywhere. Can't these go to a storage unit? There are also ancient sewing machine tables that junk up the reception area. The air conditioning is sub par, too. For what I pay for dry cleaning, I think the management can do better.
