The cleaner is advertised as a price friendly cleaner. However, I just paid $142 for five outfits. It was quite unexpected. I will not be returning other than to use my little coupon. If price is not an issue for you then I would recommend giving them a try because the staff is very friendly they take time to answer question, and my clothes are pressed very well.

I went to couple places to get my outfit pressed but everyone told me they couldn't have it done on the same day. I needed it for my mom's funeral. I was in my about to leave when the lady working there came out to tell me that they could get it done and have it ready same! That took a big burden off of me. I will be going there from now on. Extremely disappointed with my experience. I brought my wedding dress to this dry cleaner to be preserved, expecting the process to take three weeks as I was initially told. Instead, it took over two months with no clear communication about the delay; I had to come in weeks after the initial pickup date to get any answers. When I finally picked up the dress, I was shocked to find hundreds of dollars in additional charges—none of which were disclosed upfront. To make matters worse, they significantly inflated the value of my dress without my consent (despite me giving them the correct value at drop-off), which led to a much higher insurance cost than necessary. When I expressed my concerns, the employee I spoke with was unhelpful and offered no solutions or apologies, just condescending comments about how I’ll be thankful to have it later in life. So, I basically had my dress held hostage with no solution other than to pay (again, HUNDREDS more than originally disclosed) I trusted them with something incredibly sentimental, and they completely mishandled it. I will not be going back, and would strongly advise looking elsewhere for a dry cleaner, at least if you’re looking at special garment care.

I will not be using Rose Cleaners anymore. We have been taking shirts there for 25 years and now they charge you to dry clean the shirt if it has any stretch in the material. So your shirt now cost over 9 dollars. No thank you

They have discounts and match discounts from other places. Staff (De Zavala location) is friendly and helpful. I have had a great experience there so far (only dry cleaning of shirts, trousers, jackets, and suits).
