Honestly, in LA which we left for Berkeley in January, there are so many more dry cleaning options & we were having trouble finding a dry cleaner in our new home. My wife had researched in a wider radius than just our neighborhood and came across you. I was greeted by an associate who quickly turned me over to the manager (?) I was blown away by her presentations, her interview skills and I signed up on the spot. The first cleaning and laundry @1/3 off was a killer surprise. The clothing was delivered as promised and I was sent computer generated updates. The delivery man had a great smile. I have made my living as a retail consultant for 25 years. Not too many of my clients have the program completely in place. (Which is why they hired us.)
