I only entrust Richmond cleaners with my garments. I have brought very high end items to them. Chanel and Hermés silk and they always come back even better than when I purchased. The owner is very kind and takes great consideration of your items. The staff is also very kind and professional. I am extremely happy with their service. Also did I mention that they clean on site? That was very important to me when looking for a cleaners. I find that when cleaners ship out it is not them doing the cleaning so there’s no accountability if anything gets damaged. Richmond Cleaners cleans all of their garments on site. What more can I say? ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Very skillful staff, immaculate shop with good ventilation for friendly busy staff, Mr Chen is helpful and smart about alterations. They cleaned and shortened 20 foot sheer drapes according to specifications.
