Customer service was amazing from start to finish! I called and asked for a quote and was quickly given it over email with clear instructions on how to go forward. They were able to remove all the stains from my wedding dress that I had worn for my wedding 2 years ago outdoors! They quoted me 2 weeks to get it finish which is fine but they finished doing everything in 2 days!! Highly recommend

This is a great place to go when you need a repair on a article of closing. They have been very helpful and friendly.

I had dropped off a pair of the wife's heels to be cleaned and touched up. It took them two weeks to decide that they didn't want to/weren't able to do the service and make shoes available for pick up again. Waste of time.
