Charm Cleaners - Bridgeland

This dry cleaners has the worst customer service. Took a custom shirt there to be cleaned for the first time and it had shrunk considerably due to their services. Shirt no longer fits. When I brought it to their attention, they couldn’t care less and put all the blame on the manufacturer. Not sure how that is possible when Charm Dry Cleaners are the ones who shrunk it. I will never use/refer this establishment again. I hope everyone reads these reviews and uses a different company moving forward.

Have a lovely sequin dress that has been cleaned before by cleaners. Charm pointed to the sequins and said they could not do it and I mentioned how it’s been done by professional cleaners before (I mentioned the name to confirm it was legitimate) and he told me to go there. So much for trying to support a local neighborhood business. Don’t tell me it’s their first time doing sequins as a cleaner. So disappointing.

Two of my clothing items were ruined. The owner did not care or provide any option to try and fix the item or replace it. I called twice and went to the store with the items to show them and they couldn't care less. Will never be using this dry cleaner again.

I was very disappointed in the service I received at this location in bridgeland. I was taking my work clothes here for over 2 years, I had a newish black dress pants (6 months old) that I brought in for cleaning. Their process hot-smeared the back of my pants. I was polite, and so was the attendant working - however, after a discussion with the owner, he would not admit to anything, saying, "there is no way my cleaning process would hurt your pants" - well, I wear them only to sit in an office chair, and they were the only company cleaning my pants. I was disappointed they would treat a regular customer this way. I was constantly providing dress shirts and dress pants as I work in an office downtown. The front attendant had sympathy and tried her best - she was amazing, but the owner or management team could care less and when it came down to it wanted nothing to do with it, not even returning my call! I was planning on raising this experience with the better business bureau (BBB) - however, they don't even pay for a membership and are under the rader. I expect better customer service from a local company operating in bridgeland. Stay away - or at least accept they may ruin an article of clothing one day and you won't have any remediation.

Great cleaners. White shirts are always pressed to my liking. The owner is very friendly. I live in bridgeland so Charm is very handy.
