Very efficient mom and pop type of dry cleaners.  They do quality work, plus they do very professional tailoring.  My dad lost weight, and they finely tailored 3 of his suits.  They really cater to the customer and are reasonably priced so I highly recommend them.
It should be noted they only accept cash or check as payment.

The counter and customer service was excellent.  When told that clothing needed cleaned for our brother's wedding offers and suggestions to accommodate us were greatly appreciated and received. My dress and husband's two piece linen shirt and pants set was perfect.

I am sharing this cause I was in this location Tuesday night. I put my clothes in to wash and I proceeded to walk to the store because it was a beautiful night for half hour that my clothes were washing. I have done this on so many occasions. I have realized that from my clothes my Lyft work jacket and a pair of black shorts are missing from my laundry! I know their are cameras in that location and I am also aware that they do have a sign up stating they are not responsible for missing or stolen items if left unattended. But I felt I should  you know what happened to pretend this from future instances. I have using this laundry mat for the past two years and never had a problem before. And the only people that were there at the time were the three people that work there, were at times they have made people feel uncomfortable because they come in talking about shooting people, fighting, and other inappropriate things that even though it is a laundromat is still a place of business a couple that had came and left as was, and a mother and her child.

Nice quiet place to do laundry. They are a bit on the expensive side. Small washers start at $2.50 per load. The dryers operate for 6 minutes on one quarter. They have triple load washers starting at 18 quarters per load and even offer much larger washer options which u will pay a premium for. Otherwise it's a clean, friendly place to get some clothes washed. The also have drop off service and a dry cleaning service.

I hated that place so bad. I used to go there all the time but one day when I went there I had lost my money in the coin machine because the money was ripped in half and I had taped it but when I had contacted the owner of the facility, he had called me a liar and said there was nothing he can do not to mention the machines are VERY EXPENSIVE and the dryers are junk to use. The heating elements need replaced and he won't even do that. I recommend going to the laundromat on Chartiers Ave right down the street.

I’ve been to a lot of laundromats but this one is definitely my favorite! Machines are fast, everyone has been really nice and it is the most cost efficient for my time.

New to town and needed somewhere to wash, dry and fold a bunch of clothes that were thrown into a suitcase.  I’ve seen this dry cleaner before once when I passed through town and decided to try them. IM SO GLAD I DID. From the second I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome (that’s rare nowadays) and when I picked them up they were perfectly cleaned and folded as if they were brand new! I dropped off a men's suit and shirt to be dry cleaned at the Robinson location.  When I went to pick them up, they could only find the shirt.  That evening, the owner searched 2 other locations and eventually found the suit back at the Robinson location.  He personally delivered it to my house that evening!  Great customer service!!

Martinizing Cleaners are quick and effective. I have only taken my suits here over the past two years and always receive them before the estimated-ready date. The staff are friendly and seem connected to the community. While this conversational approach to customer service may add an extra minute or two to the time it takes to leave the cleaners, I find it warm and reminiscent of the local stores I grew up with.

We have been a customer at the Robinson Township Location for a long time. The quality of the dry cleaning is excellent, but the staff that you have working the front desk area needs a lot of work. There’s always a problem with a computer. The person working the computer has no clue what she’s doing and you’ve had this computer for over a year year and a half now I believe but she still Cannot seem to get it right. My husband spent about 20 minutes, picking up a comforter last week that we had a coupon for for 25% We never got the discount. He showed the coupon when he dropped the comforter off and he was told the discount was applied then we went to pick it up and it was not And they were going to give us store credit, but I’m sad to say we will go to a different dry cleaners.

Needed a new dry cleaner and wanted to give this place a try. A couple of issues. The woman I was greeted by at the front desk was upset that I was even coming in to give them business and commented that so many people were coming in this morning when it was rainy. Then, I only had 4 pieces and I was quoted to pick up 5 days later. Almost a week for 2 shirts and a suit jacket and pants. Safe to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Suburban Dry Cleaners

I just moved to the area and was calling around for quotes to clean some curtains. I chose Suburban Dry Cleaners as the other one I call refused to give me a quote let along a price range over the phone. Suburban provided me with at least a price range so I took my drapes there.

The service was excellent and they also offered to help me take the drapes to my car. The cost was at the lower end so it was worth the trip!

I'm a dog lover and I think it's great they can have their pup there watching the store perched on the shelves behind the counter. He's in his favorite spot and can see the customers come in. He does growl but I'm used to it as I have 2 dogs. He's just protecting his turf. The pup is in a safe place not to interfere with the customers. I had fun communicating with him as I waiting for my order. Next time I'll bring some treats for him.

Dress shirt had hair on it and small (pinhead size) dirt mark on collar. Price was pretty high for 2pc suit and shirt cleaning ($25). Biggest deal breaker here was the angry dog sitting in the store growling at you the entire time you are in the building. Do not recommend sadly.

I have had excellent experience with the Suburban Cleaners in Moon Township. The staff is very polite and friendly. I took my uniforms in and they look outstanding!

These guys do a great job.  All cleaners miss stuff from time to time or make a mistake, but these guys tend to do it less and have owned the few mistakes they have made - unlike the other major cleaner nearby who I used to patronize.

Diane Cleaners

Shrank my husband's suit and my wedding dress.  We had a 2nd reception 3 weeks later and we could barely fit in our wedding attire.  I didn't heed other's warnings, so please take mine!

Would NOT go here for alterations again. I paid twice the price I would have at the cleaners I used in California and the quality at Diane’s was half as good. I had a pair of pants hemmed and the thread was loose, leaving loops sticking out as you can see in the photo. There were also loose pieces of thread sticking out in other areas. So disappointed.

I have been going to Diane Cleaners for over 20 years. I have always received exceptional service. And again, owner Charlie did his MAGIC! A very expensive velvet Mens Jacket, in error, was left in a garment bag in the bed of a pickup truck. It rained for two days on the bag and completely saturated the jacket. I brought it into Diane Cleaners and Charlie painted a pretty bleak picture about restoring it. He worked on it and I was blown away on the result. He did the impossible and it looks brand new. AMAZING!!! Beyond grateful, thank you.

Diane Cleaners is the only cleaners my fiancé and I trust. I’ve been using their services since I was in high school (I am now 30 for context) and initially utilized their services for prom gown alterations as well as cleaning/storage. Now working as a mental health counselor, I utilize their services for my work clothes and occasional alterations if needed. My clothes always look fantastic when they return and I definitely recommend their services! I also have had many of my designer purses cleaned here, and though sometimes the leather ones need sent out to be re-dyed (a process I was unaware of until the owner Charlie explained it to me) and they come back looking practically brand new! I flew back home to Pittsburgh for a week and, like a rookie, I didn’t pack enough to survive the city’s “four seasons in one day” weather. Enter: my very first laundromat adventure. I wandered over to the North Side and was greeted by Tony, who may actually be part human, part angel. He walked me through the laundromat like it was Disneyland and I was the VIP guest. Out of all the places I visited on my trip, this cozy little laundromat gave me the BEST customer service (yes, I’m serious). Tony, if you’re reading this—please never stop being you, because the world (and my socks) need you xoxoxoxo

I used wash and fold and i had this one black t shirt that i asked be washed separately and the lady said it was no problem. Clearly they lied because my black shirt has a ton of white lint on it, and my white shirt has some speckles of black. Also the black shirt looks a lot less darker now even tho it was new...

These folks were awesome. I am from MS and was traveling through Pitt for a few days. Needed some clothes washed quickly. The owner was so accommodating and helped me after her deadline for receiving clothes and fulfilled my order same day. I was beyond impressed and grateful.  If I lived in Pitt, I would be using these folks weekly. They are top notch.

If you are in Pittsburgh do NOT go to this dry cleaners! First, I called ahead to see if they could clean my clothes by the next day. The lady on the phone stated the clothes would be ready by 12PM tomorrow.  I said,  Great, I will be there in 10 minutes. I get there and tell the lady (blonde hair) that I am from out of state. I need the clothes for an event at one of the local universities. She said that she would text me when the clothes are ready. I gave her my number and take my ticket. Next day, it is @ 12:30 PM, I go to pick up my clothes and they are CLOSED! I NEVER received a text. I was not told about the hours at ALL.  I had to buy new clothes for the event!  I go back 2 days later to get my clothes because they were closed  the following day. The same blonde lady is there and says that she texted me with the hours(LIE). I never received a text about the clothes or hours. Also, the clothes that they dry cleaned had stains on them! If you need a dry cleaners. Please look elsewhere!

They were able to get it done same day so that was nice. I feel they did an ok job but have had my suit cleaned better. I feel the prices are a little too expensive and the hours are not so good. I would recommend if you need the job done ASAP.

My husband noticed his groomsman suit had a stain on the shoulder the night before we drove to Pittsburgh. The hotel recommended this dry cleaners, and they were fantastic. They got the stain out of the suit within 5 minutes and were so accommodating. Highly recommend for any dry cleaning needs
