Great place! Friendly staff.  Huge washers and tiny ones too! Lots of fun bubblegum machines and other vending machines. Also, it's next to a Korean/Japanese store, so you can get snacks and browse around while your laundry is washing. Lots of coffee shops in the neighborhood. Pretty architecture to stroll by if you feel like taking a walk while the clothes are washing.

After being a customer at the Laundry Factory for many years, I highly recommend the business. The washers and dryers are state-of-the-art, and the team members are professional and quite helpful and courteous. It's really an upscale place to do your laundry. Exceptionally clean as well.

This might be the best laundromat in the world. Not only is it in a great location so we can take a walk in the neighborhood or grocery shop while our clothes wash, it also is the cleanest and best maintained laundromat I've ever been to. They have staff present and they are always vacuuming and mopping the floors! The machines themselves look brand new and are also well maintained. The staff is also super helpful in case your laundry gets caught in one of the machines or if there are any issues. The prices are also super reasonable and their machines take card which is extremely convenient. I also appreciate the free water dispenser, multiple seating options, TVs, and sink with soap in case I'd like to wash my hands. I take a bus and pass by like 4 or 5 other laundromats just to get here once a week. Our clothes always come out clean and dry! Thank you, Laundry Factory staff, for being so great!!

I sometimes drop my laundry off when I can afford to and I don't have time to do it myself. They follow the wash directions well. A couple times I've had some weird sticky residue harden into my clothes. I just don't leave anything nice to be washed. The building is clean and good for washing and folding yourself. There are a lot of machines and tables.

Clean atmosphere. Friendly knowledgeable staff who make me feel  important. In and out in allotted time. You can use card on most machines. Parking is free but the parking area isn't super big (I like that). It's not a "hangout" spot either.

I got my wedding dress and husband’s suits dry cleaned here and it was a great experience! I liked that the wedding dress and preservation were a fixed priced. I didn’t get my dress preserved but the dress looks great. The suit and extra men’s items we dropped off were done quickly and also looked great.

For reference, I included photos of original dress which mainly had grass and dirt stains from outdoor photos. No food or drink spills.

Charged me more than 8 dollars to iron (only iron, no cleaning) a basic shirt and it is not properly ironed. When I asked the price for ironing shirts in a prior visit, they quoted me $4-5. Very unsatisfactory price and quality of service. Will not visit again.

I just used ruby's for the first time and had the best possible experience.  My goose down comforter needed cleaned and I brought one of my husbands suits as well.  Normally it takes two weeks for a comforter but I explained that I was giving birth any day and they got it done for me in one day no extra charge.  They were kind and did the best job, both items look and smell amazing and I will be back!

Had a small issue with my Penguins jersey, but the owner Mo took care of this issue. They made it right, and provided me a reasonable solution. They did a wonderful job cleaning my other items. Highly recommend to anyone who needs their clothes cleaned properly!

Summary : Friendly Staff, reasonable price, fast service and  good quality with great care for my clothes.

The staff there are friendly and they took notes of my comments regarding the clothes conditions. They helped with delivery and pricing is very reasonable too.  The staff explained me about the discount for upfront payment as well.  It was done within 3 days. When I received my clothes back, those were like the new ones, nicely ironed and protected with hanger and cover. I tried other dry cleaning services before and this one made me delighted.

These folks were awesome. I am from MS and was traveling through Pitt for a few days. Needed some clothes washed quickly. The owner was so accommodating and helped me after her deadline for receiving clothes and fulfilled my order same day. I was beyond impressed and grateful.  If I lived in Pitt, I would be using these folks weekly. They are top notch.

If you are in Pittsburgh do NOT go to this dry cleaners! First, I called ahead to see if they could clean my clothes by the next day. The lady on the phone stated the clothes would be ready by 12PM tomorrow.  I said,  Great, I will be there in 10 minutes. I get there and tell the lady (blonde hair) that I am from out of state. I need the clothes for an event at one of the local universities. She said that she would text me when the clothes are ready. I gave her my number and take my ticket. Next day, it is @ 12:30 PM, I go to pick up my clothes and they are CLOSED! I NEVER received a text. I was not told about the hours at ALL.  I had to buy new clothes for the event!  I go back 2 days later to get my clothes because they were closed  the following day. The same blonde lady is there and says that she texted me with the hours(LIE). I never received a text about the clothes or hours. Also, the clothes that they dry cleaned had stains on them! If you need a dry cleaners. Please look elsewhere!

They were able to get it done same day so that was nice. I feel they did an ok job but have had my suit cleaned better. I feel the prices are a little too expensive and the hours are not so good. I would recommend if you need the job done ASAP.

These are some of the nicest, hardworking people you’ll ever meet. I’ve never left a review for anything, but I had to for them. In addition to the amazing job they did cleaning my suits and pants, they cleaned my winter coats that i thought were hopelessly ruined after my basement flooded and made them moldy, smelly and disgusting. Including my leather trench coat that was messed up the most. They made it look brand new and the smell is gone. I wish I had before and after pictures, but I don’t sadly. They do all of this for fair, reasonable prices. This is THE place to go for your dry cleaning and clothing repair needs.

Rich and his family do outstanding work with excellent customer service. I’m there twice a week.  One time, I had a spot on my shirt that wouldn’t come out. Rich asked me to be patient and give him more time to work on removing the stain. Next time I went in (few days later), the shirt was ready and the spot removed. They work hard and the prices are reasonable.

Very disappointed with their dry cleaning. Based on the reviews, I was willing to trust them with one of my favorite dresses. When it was returned, the bottom of the dress was pulling apart, covered in fuzz, and reeked of cigarette smoke. For the cost of this place, I expected better (it was not cheap to dry clean just one dress)

Nothing magical about this experience.  Save yourself money, time and grief by going elsewhere. I dropped off two articles with simple alterations...was told I'd have them within 10 days and it took 3 weeks. I go to pick it up and one of the articles, a brand new shirt, was stained and disgusting.  Owner took no accountability and charged full price--$38 which is definitely overpriced for the work--simple hems. Will not be utilizing their services again and would advise everyone else to avoid as well.

Chuong’s Cleaners is my go-to! I can’t wear white without attracting a stain, but thankfully, they are absolute pros. They’ve tackled everything from wine and ink to chocolate ice cream on a white silk blouse —and every time, the results are amazing.

Little pricey for what you get. When you walk in, you'll know it's not somewhere you'd want to take an expensive suit... Feels a little dirty and smelly. I called for a quick question on pick up and the guy was rude about it. When I got my jacket back it didn't really smell clean, just pressed.

This place was the first dry cleaner I ever used. I've been here twice, and they did such a good job that I have been SO disappointed in other cleaners I have tried! My clothes came back better, clean and crisp each time. I never had to ask for anything to be starched, steamed, or creased, they just did it!! I've brought wool pants, wool blazers, and wool shirts. Each came back pristine and I was so surprised. Prices are really good too! I have since moved away from Pittsburgh and I wish I could take my clothes back here again. :(

I tried to deviate from using giant eagles dry cleaning service, and I used them instead. I asked about sewing a button on a pair of suit pants and altering a different pair of suit pants. They confidently said they could do it.

They took in my suit pants and made them way too small and left nothing to be let out. Not to mention they didn’t actually put the button back on the other pair despite charging me for it.

Needless to say $50 for the services + a pair of suit pants down the drain. Just go somewhere else for anything other than a simple dry cleaning.

I've brought slacks and dress shirts here as needed since moving to Pittsburgh from out of state in 2013. They have always been very efficient and quick with the dry cleaning. Perhaps the gem in their crown is that they also provide alteration services. They are my absolute go-to spot when I need alterations on my clothing. I can drop-off my item/s and have them back fitting perfectly within a day or two. Even though I now live outside the city, they are my chosen spot for dry cleaning and alterations services and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking.

The folks that work here are extremely friendly. And seem to have a very good reputation based on the clientele we seen stopping in for pick-ups while we were there who looked happy with their dry cleaning services. I don't want to take away from that. However, we stopped in for an extremely last minute prom dress "hemming" (no additional alteration needed - the catch is we needed it back within 5-6 days) and were shocked to see the $140.00 charge on the receipt. The dress is flowy chiffon material with 2 layers. So, when we seen that price, we asked to have the dress back and apologized for the inconvenience. We paid $200 for the dress itself and were not comfortable paying an additional $140 just to have it hemmed. Anyhow, we stopped at two different places afterwards, one place priced us at $40 but could not have it done by the time we needed it back. The other place is doing it for $50 and getting the dress back to us sooner than requested. I just can't help but feel like we almost got taken advantage of based on the fact that they knew we were desperate time-wise and because we are young and might not have seemed the type of people to question that price. I wouldn't say don't do business here, I would just recommend making sure you're comfortable with the price before leaving.

Zoom Dry Cleaning

For basic inexpensive items they are great. However, if you have something you can't afford to replace do not bring it here. They felted my pricey wool garment. They try there best, but lesson learned.

Used their services several times over the past three years. They are always prompt, the clothes are clean, and the cost is very reasonable. The tailor they recommended is also local and very good.

Do not use this place. I literally bought a nice white shirt from the men’s warehouse in the waterfront, brought it into this dry cleaners IN THE MENS WAREHOUSE BAG, showed the lady behind the counter that it was BRAND NEW NO STAINS. Then I go in the next day to pick it up and accuse ME of putting the stain there. That is legitimately impossible because the first time I even touched the shirt was when I was handing it to the dry cleaners. Do not go here.

Well, it was cheap and fast, and as far as I can tell, my clothes were fine, so I was reaching in my wallet for a gratuity, torn between a 5 or 10 dollar bill, 25 to 50% of my 4 piece order total before cash, which was to be based on customer service, etiquette, and compassion. I'm always stressed, always in a hurry, and reward those who understand my gruff demeanor. The woman there asked what I did for a living, I replied I am a chauffeur and I work 80 hours a week. She told me she "didn't ask the second part." I put ALL my money away. I don't need more people to remind me I don't matter, and I'm certainly not going to honor anyone with such a complete lack of class. I'd be out of a job if I acted like that. It's probably her business, I hope she takes this to heart.

This is a budget dry cleaner, and it shows—you get what you pay for. Prices are affordable, and they have great hours for anyone with a busy work schedule. Turnaround time is fast, and they usually do a solid job cleaning cuffs and collars.

However, the trade-off is in the details. They don’t offer services like starching, and I’ve had multiple shirts returned with broken buttons and minor stains that should’ve come out but weren’t. These kinds of quality issues shouldn’t happen, especially not repeatedly. I’ve used many cleaners before and haven’t had this level of wear and tear.

Very efficient mom and pop type of dry cleaners.  They do quality work, plus they do very professional tailoring.  My dad lost weight, and they finely tailored 3 of his suits.  They really cater to the customer and are reasonably priced so I highly recommend them.
It should be noted they only accept cash or check as payment.

We have been using Four Seasons Dry Cleaners for close to 15 years (since we moved to Pittsburgh).  They are terrific.  They can get stains out so well.  Their alterations work is excellent.  They tell you when they can't do something - always appreciated.  And their people and staff are wonderful.  We've also used their delivery service and have enjoyed the convenience.  They are the best dry cleaners I've used in years.

I recently had a blazer and a suit dry cleaned and I could not be happier about the service! They picked my clothes up from where I live on Monday and brought them back on Thursday. Fast and efficient! I'll definitely use their service for future needs!

I took this coat in with white cuffs to be cleaned and there was still dog hair and crumbs on it and the cuffs are not clean. They refused to give me a discount on the $28 for the cleaning and could not guarantee another cleaning would even clean the coat. What a waste of money; I have been going to this dry cleaner for 10 years but I’ll be finding another dry cleaner that can stand behind the actual cleaning of their items.

Four Seasons performed an actual miracle on my 9 year old dress for a last minute event!! I unwrapped it after about 5 years to find these weird blue stains on the white skirt. Larry was so friendly, and not the only professional to tell me to keep my hopes low on the stains coming out. They picked it up at my apartment with a week to spare, and dropped it off the day of the event with no stains at all!! Larry and the team saved me 🙌🏻 will definitely use them again.

I flew back home to Pittsburgh for a week and, like a rookie, I didn’t pack enough to survive the city’s “four seasons in one day” weather. Enter: my very first laundromat adventure. I wandered over to the North Side and was greeted by Tony, who may actually be part human, part angel. He walked me through the laundromat like it was Disneyland and I was the VIP guest. Out of all the places I visited on my trip, this cozy little laundromat gave me the BEST customer service (yes, I’m serious). Tony, if you’re reading this—please never stop being you, because the world (and my socks) need you xoxoxoxo

I used wash and fold and i had this one black t shirt that i asked be washed separately and the lady said it was no problem. Clearly they lied because my black shirt has a ton of white lint on it, and my white shirt has some speckles of black. Also the black shirt looks a lot less darker now even tho it was new...

I've got no idea if their prices are good or not but I know that if I'm ever back in this area, I will go out of my way to come here! We've had two wedding gowns cleaned and preserved at Sam's Dry Cleaners recently.  The service and turnaround on the gowns was great.

I brought my wedding dress to Sam’s because a lot of people in a bridal FB group recommended them — and they did not disappoint! They took great care of my dress and it was ready the next day. My dress had a lot of delicate lace, and it was in perfect condition when I picked it up. It was very reasonably priced, too. I highly recommend Sam’s if you have delicate items that need dry cleaning.

I've been going to Sam's for years. They are always professional, have really great prices and don't really turn anything away. I've gotten a dress altered there as well.

However, today I am writing in because we dropped off my husband's grandfather's burial flag that was not well taken care of before we got a hold of it. They did an amazing job restoring it to the best of their ability and I'm so thankful for them.

When I dropped my wedding dress off, I specifically showed them that it needs to hang by the hanging loops and not the actual dress straps that you wear. The reason for this is my dress is very heavy and the straps are very thin (think spaghetti straps). The seamstress specifically warned me that if it hangs too long from the dress straps that they can get stretched out. Mary S. seemed very friendly and helpful when I explained this, and verbalized understanding.
Lo and behold, I go to pick my dress up and they have it hanging from the dress straps. I asked how long it was hung incorrectly (they'd had my dress for over 2 months), and no one could tell me.
I haven't gotten around to trying my dress on again to see if they damaged it, but either way I thought the blatant disregard for my instructions for my expensive wedding gown was disrespectful. I would not recommend taking anything expensive or heavy like that there.
Price to clean my wedding dress was $120, and at least it was clean, so they might be an okay option for like a cheap dress or shirt or something that's not priceless or irreplaceable.

Brought my wedding dress I bought on a sample size sale that needed to be touched up prior to alterations, and couldn’t be happier! They worked with me to get it done sooner than their usual turnaround, and were super understanding and nice about it. Also,  the service was reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!

I brought a leather jacket there to have the buttons changed because one of the four buttons was broken in half and I could not find a replacement button myself on google. This was a Guess leather coat with specific Guess logo buttons. This coat had sentimental value being it was from my deceased father in law. I was told it would be $30-$40 to replace all four buttons which I was fine with. Two weeks after I dropped it off they called me and said that it was back/done, because they out source leather repair and cleaning. When I arrived there to pick it up they told me it was only $20, I was like OK! Then when I looked at the coat I realized they had found and replaced the broken button only with an exact match. I was extremely happy with that. It is still all original and only cost me $20. I would definitely use/recommend this establishment again! Great service, great pricing and just amazing! Thank you!

I don’t like to leave bad reviews. But I’m here in the hopes that someone won’t have to go through the same.
I had my wedding gown preserved, I waited six months for it, and when it was finally ready and I was in the establishment picking it up, they told me it had stains that couldn’t be removed.
Now, I don’t believe that I brought it with stains. But that’s beside the point. If there is a problem with something, I would have preferred to know in the last six months vs when I was handing over a hundred dollars to pay for it. It was shocking and truly so sad to feel like no one cared about a dress that means a whole lot to me. I’m going to have to go somewhere else to see if it can be remedied.

One of the worst experiences I've had in a retail setting. I dropped off 3 pairs of pants to be hemmed. I came on the pickup day to pick them up and they were not ready. They told me they'd be ready the next day, they weren't. I then called again the following day and they said they were ready. I went to pick them up and they said we aren't going to charge you  (I thought because it was already 3 weeks since I dropped them off) because we didn't make any alterations. I was shocked. They claimed they called me and left a message to see what I wanted them to do with the pants but that was not the case. So not only did I not have 3 pairs of pants for 3 weeks but they didn't even do anything to them. Utterly disappointed. I wouldn't be upset if this place went out of business. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Excellent dry cleaners and tailor.  I am thin and have long arms so most of my shirts are baggy.  I brought a few shirts for them to alter and they did a great job.  Since then I've been bringing them 10 shirts at a time and they've done an excellent job with every single one.  Great spot.  Great service.

Ruined my brand new white shirt. Bought it from a store to bring in there. Just for them to stain it yellow. Nice people but damn they suck

I visited them this past weekend (Nov 3) to have my suit cleaned and a minor one inch tear fixed. I picked up my suit only to discover it was never repaired. Apparently they ran out of the black thread and did not see fit to inform me. They were content to take my money and fail to deliver promised goods. Their manager refused to see me to explain in person. I was offered no refund, just their word I would get a call. Exactly what is that worth?

Edit: 11/17 and still no call. Go somewhere else. The company cannot be trusted.

They are really friendly and efficient. Also got a stain out of a $400 suit jacket that I had taken to 2 other places with no success. They are the only place I go now.

I LOVE Cathy!!!   I have taken my daughter's homecoming and prom dresses  to Cathy for years for alterations and pressing - they always look amazing and fit her perfect!! My husband takes all his dress shirts to her and she does a wonderful job. I HIGHLY recommend  Cathy's Dry Cleaning!!

Took a dress in last week to have the straps shortened and the sides taken in a very small amount. The straps are WAY too short and she added a seam where there is no seam and the seams are not even even. I paid a lot of money for this dress. I should have just had the courage to do it myself. Now the dress is ruined and I was planning to wear it to my cousins wedding in 3 days. Will be calling to complain.

NEVER will I take anything there, I heard from other people about things being stolen or misplaced. But I gave them a chance with a very valuable item, when I went to pick it up I was told the solvent they used disintegrated my item ! WHAT !  Was told this has never happened before- could not show me any part of it. I showed her pictures and the cost she was not happy but did pay me after asking me if I would take less money. Be very cautious

I made the trip specifically for this  THEN they would not take a suit I had because it had the smallest amount dog hair. Pictures so you can “see” the dog hair.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Let me explain! My teenage son unknowingly had a water bottle spill in his marching band bag which after a long weekend grew mold! I tried every home remedy I could find on Google. I was told it would cost $600 to replace the uniform if I could not get it cleaned. I tried ZIPS for the first time and let me just say I had to give Cheryl a hug. She got the stains out completely! She was amazing to speak with and understands how irresponsible teens can be and how upsetting it would be as a parent to have to shell out that kind of money (right before the holidays). I am so thankful to her! Thank you again Cheryl!!!!

Went for the first time last week and when I received my 3 white button downs, they all had black marks on them and were dirtier then when I dropped them off. Suit was Gray, hard to tell how dirty it actually is. But the white shirts have black line marks on them. Pretty much lost money and some shirts.

AirBNB sheets & towels superstars! I've tried multiple places in Pittsburgh to wash my linens for my short term rental properties. This is the first place that actually gets them clean AND folds them in a way that makes sense. I asked them to match up the fitted with the flat sheets and Cheryl, the owner, worked with her staff to make sheet 'tacos' out of them with the fitted sheets tucked into the flat. This makes it significantly quicker for my cleaners to make beds. Take your linens to Wild Heart Cleaners, you won't be disappointed!!

Destroyed one of my shirts and repeatedly blamed me as this “never happens”. This is after ducking my calls repeatedly. I don’t know how you could destroy the wrist area of a dress shirt in a four-way split, but according to these people it “came in that way”. This was a $70 Tommy Hilfiger shirt.

Managers solution was an “unheard of” $25” store gift card with no guarantees for future damages. No thanks, I won’t be returning.

I had a dress alteration done. The alteration cost more than the dress. They did not ask me to try the dress back on when I picked it up, which I would suggest doing if you get an alteration done here. When I tried it on when I got home, the back of the dress was about two inches shorter than the front.

After using dry cleaning services in 3 different states over the past 10 years, I have found that prices are always fair and reasonable. Given this, I dropped off 13 panels of curtains to dry clean without a concern for cost. I was very surprised when I picked them up to find that Suburban Dry Cleaners charged me $500! Other dry cleaners offer scaled prices for curtains depending on the size and complexity, but I was surprised to find that Suburban Dry Cleaners charges one price across the board. Pretty unfortunate, as my curtains are not complex nor expensive to begin with.

I contacted the company with my concern, and their response was unfortunately passive aggressive. Would hope for more positive customer service to keep my business.

Do not use this dry cleaner.  They destroy clothing and take no responsibility.  And please read the other reviews.  The same bad things that they did to me, they did to another customer, Kathryn Konrad.  They ruined a Woolrich cold weather Jacket that I loved.  I took it to be dry cleaned, but, they washed it in a washing machine without telling me, and then had the nerve to charge me dry cleaning prices.  They did this without my for-knowledge or consent.  I complained to the store about my ruined coat.  Ruth Capo,  answered the phone, she lied a number of times before I could get to the truth.  First she said she was only an employee without authority.  Research on the net showed me that she was the wife of the owner, Frank.  However before I looked that up, she laughed and  told me that she was married to the local magistrate, letting me know I had no recourse of recovering from the damage.  Her husband Frank is not the magistrate. She lied and stated that they never wash clothes that are left to be dry cleaned.  She later changed that statement to say, yes they do, if the label says they can get away with it.   When I caught her in her lies, she resorted to the most juvenile insults, avoiding the issue at hand, making ad hominem remarks.  Bottom line, this Dry Cleaners is not honest, they will ruin your clothing and not take responsibility.  Use them at your Peril.  I will of course be throwing this Woolrich Coat that I love away.

Took an old coat to be cleaned.  Was quoted a price that was acceptable to my wife and I.

Someone called to let us know she found a tear and had already sent the coat for repair.  We we not informed there would be additional charges.

Went to pick up / pay and we were charged double the original quote.

Will never go back and will recommend that you get quotes in writing if you plan to go here.

I'll remove this if/when we are contacted about a refund of the difference between the quote and actual charge.
