I am changing my review from a 1 star to 4. I had felt as though I absolutely got scammed with the prices they charged! I got 2 pairs of my pants sewed and they ripped right after I wore them again. I went somewhere else and was charged a much cheaper price overall to do the same job and it was done well. Raj the owner saw my review and immediately acted which was very admirable. Called me up, delt with the situation in a very professional way and sincerely apologized. As everyone else learns from their mistakes Raj was very open in doing so as well to better their quality. He is very friendly and there is no doubt about it. I will be a bit hesitant to return as I have found somewhere else, although I can promote others to give them a try!

I've been going to Crown Cleaners regularly for over 10 years.  Raj and the team do an amazing job and I have never had an issue.  I highly recommend them for any dry cleaning or tailoring needs.

Will forever be a customer. Today I came in with my zebra blinds that were stained from my window panel leaking. The kind gentleman there told me it wouldn´t fit in his machiene and that I would be able to do this on my own. He walked me to the back and tried out three different options to tell me which one works best. He even gave me one of his brushes to take home. I was able to do the job at home and just was blown away by the kindness.

The young guy working is lovely to deal with and very helpful. It was nice not needing to worry about quarters that they will let you debit and give you quarters needed. 4 large loads washer and dryer was very reasonable in my opinion. I would come back again!

This was my 1st time using the delivery service. I have never used a service like this before. Sunshine made it so easy and explained everything. The guys came and picked up my laundry on Monday and were very friendly and my clothes came back washed and folded and smelling amazing 3 days later. The cost was no different than what I pay in my buildings laundry mat but this way I don't have to do it. I will definitely be using them from now on as this saves me time and they were great. This is a dirty, disgusting place! The change machine is ripping all the customers off. Half the machines are out of order. ALL the machines are filthy with what looks like vommit in one. I highly recommend to stay far away. My machine broke & the staff used the same broken machine to re do my clothes. They were going to use it again a 3rd time but I refused. No common sense here! I'm reporting them to the health board.

I have been visiting the Centreville Laundromat since a month now and the service is great they have a great selection of washers and dryers and a coin machine. The manager is also very friendly and helpful.

We did a wash and fold service with them. I had to refold a lot of the clothes. They were wrinkled and poorly folded. Socks that had a matching pair were left unmatched at the bottom of the bag. Underwear was crumpled in a ball instead of flat. I added a photo of some shirts. I would add photos of the other clothes, socks, and underwear but I had already fixed them. It was a mediocre job.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience here. When I initially dropped off my curtains, I was quoted $30 for hemming. However, upon returning to pick them up, I was suddenly told the price was $45. This unexpected increase felt deceptive. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to get any quotes in writing to avoid similar issues. Additionally, the staff member I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional, which only added to my frustration. Overall, this was an untrustworthy and unpleasant experience.

I brought in three standard two-piece suits for dry cleaning and was told one price at drop-off, but charged significantly more at pickup. When I brought it up, Michelle — the store owner — was rude and dismissive, showing no interest in addressing the issue. It’s disappointing to experience that kind of attitude from someone running the business. I won’t be returning due to the poor customer service and lack of pricing transparency.

Thanks to the wonderful ladies at the front and the ones I didn’t get see in the back made my situation go from dire/stressful to beyond grateful and relieved. I would put my faith in them 100 times over. To make it worse it was a very last minute problem that they took in stride and accommodated no questions asked.  Thank you!!!!

I brought in a Canada goose jacket for a cleaning. The day came for me to arrive and when I did my jacket was in a way worse state than when I first brought it in. (Minor/small food stain on sleeve turned into a big white patch across most the forearm). After requesting a refund because I wanted to take it elsewhere to get done. Michelle reassured me that they aren’t perfect and that they will do their best to fix the issue. So me having already been doing years of business with them felt trusting enough to give them another try and it did get better but still wasn’t 100% cleaned like she said it would be. Maybe there is new management now or something, but they have lost a long time customer and if I were anybody else I wouldn’t bring anything of value over there. I tried to call and see if they could fix the issue before writing this review but got nothing but voicemail. Any clothing you care about take elsewhere!

The service here is unmatched! I was completely dissatisfied with the previous places I’ve had my dry cleaning done, but from the moment I came to Newtex I knew I’d found a gem. I’m here a few times a month, the turnaround is quick, even fixing buttons on my shirts. Thank you thank you!

I was in Waterloo for a short visit, I was looking for a decent laundromat and I got lucky 🍀🤩..the place is clean and safe and the lady who works there is very nice, she makes you comfortable and she will change the coins you need 👍 If you need cash there is an ATM machine in the convenient store attached to the shop.

Just got to be a little patient with a slight language barrier. However, Super friendly Staff! They get the job done and well. Quick service and cheap prices!!

DO NOT GO HERE. I have a wedding in one hour and just took my brand new dress out of the bag and it is extremely damaged. I cannot believe it. They said nothing to me when I picked it up, the dishonesty is unbelievable.

One star is too high, but I had to give something to leave a review. Quick Cleaners used to be great. Quality, price, value for service. They cared and took pride in their work.  I'm not sure what happened, but over the last few months or so I can't say what I used to. My dirty laundry looked better dirty than it does after getting washed and folded by the staff here.

This is the best place in town for getting pants hemmed or getting clothes altered. I've been going here now for almost 2 years. Friendly kind service and things are usually ready the next day. I also think the prices are very reasonable. May not be the  most aesthetically pleasing place but it's a family run business and they do a good job.
