Currently in here for first time,place have all the washers and dryers working.Theybhave all type of size and prices for all your needs.Also have coins machine but also have a screen on side in case you wanna pay with card and also there’s an app you can download in your phone and controlled machine and pay (just scan QR code in machine).Place was an attendant that was very helpful,place it’s clean (including restroom).Also have snacks machine,such a good place.

The cleanest and most reasonable laundromat in north AL. The staff is always friendly and helpful. All washers and dryers are in working order and the change machine is always full. Very nice place.

Wonderful first time experience here. Nice ladies working here, noticed the confused look on my face and kindly explained how to use the machines. This is a super clean facility that I feel comfortable coming to alone.

I do have a note for the owners though, I think it would be very beneficial to list on your website that this laundromat accepts credit/debit cards as well as coins/cash. That would have been nice to know before coming so I wasn’t counting quarters. I will definitely come back!

It's convenient for you if you live in the area, it's a little out of the way but the staff is friendly and it's clean. So I guess you get what you pay for, actually it looks a look better than the other ones in Decatur. This is the reason why I give it 5 stars plus they have FREE WI-FI and it works too.  I'd rated a 10+ because it's the ONLY ONE  that really matters. I'm a repeat customer, it is really a the only one that is worth it.

It was clean but this lady here, Im uploading a pic, works here and I witnessed her being a real biotch to a lady for taking the cart outside to get her laundry. She even repeated it..."you can't be taking carts outside!". How are we suppose to know that when there isn't ONE SIGN that says that. Any other laundromat its ok, cuz PEOPLE NEED TO LOAD THEIR LAUNDRY FOR GODSSAKE! She was not nice about it. I won't be going back there myself after witnessing that.

Jiffy Laundromat

Employee’s service was good & a little cheaper compared to other laundromats but some machines are moldy & inside the soap dispenser’s are dirty. It’s a dirty & dusty laundromat. Dirty washer machines. Some of the machines stinks as well!

It's always clean and the staff make sure it well kept not to mention Free drying on Wednesday and Thursday.
I would definitely go there next time I'm in Decatur Alabama.

I like the place, it is clean, and the machines work well. However, signs saying that there is free coffee are posted all around. The attendants hadn’t made it, which was fine, because they had filled the water and the grounds, but hadn’t pushed the button to start. However the attendant, who I don’t believe speaks any English, said there is no coffee which clearly there is, and she just doesn’t want to deal with it. That’s fine, but it shouldn’t be advertised if it isn’t provided. I’ll amend this review if this is changed.

I do my laundry here when traveling for work, the owner is so friendly and helpful. The machines all work and I can do a load of laundry for pretty cheap. The machines work fast and there are instructions on each machine for easy use. I'll miss this place.

My Husband introduced me to this business and of the several times we have needed their services, They've always taken care of our needs! Items were in pristine condition and the warmth and courteousness they exude makes you feel like family! I love, love, love them and will always be a returning customer. ❤️

Two separate times I've taken clothes here and both times the clothes I've gotten back have a very strong chemical odor that's lingered for *days* -- even after airing out and steaming at home.

I has 20 dress shirts and my white coats dry cleaned and they offered same day service and everything looked great. They even got the ink stains out of my white coat. This is the only place in town that I will take my business too.

WARNING ⚠️ This cleaner is no longer owned by the Sextons the new owners are horrible. They lost 4 cashmere sweaters of mine . I immediately went in and talked to the owners and they said they would get back with me. It has been over a month and I have called every week and no one called me back. Today, they originally told me the owner wasn’t there but when I told them they had until Friday to find my sweaters or I would post on Facebook. The owner said, “f—k you don’t ever come back to any of our locations. These are evil, dishonest irresponsible people who will not keep up with your clothes.

I needed to have a comforter dry cleaned and decided to take it to Four Seasons. I wish I would have found another location. The workers were very rude and seemed so miserable to be there. There were two younger women working, maybe in their 30’s, and I almost walked out because of them. They both ignored me when I came in and there were no other customers. When they finally decided to even look up, one of the ladies acted as if I was an inconvenience because I brought in a comforter. I tried to make small talk, but she literally rolled her eyes so I stopped. She looked at the other lady and said “Tuesday?” Then looked at me and said “Tuesday.” I had no idea what she meant. She just handed me a slip of paper and that was it. I will never be back here again.

Plenty of room for an 18 wheeler  out back behind the shopping center....I've been coming here for 12 years.  You can drop your trailer and shop this part of town for almost anything.

Will I call myself washing clothes it was definitely a older to my clothes I wasn't even allowed to finish drying my clothes cuz I was told that they have to close on time.

This business is less than stellar.  I entered and put my clothes in the washing machine.  When I returned I was walking to washing machine when I was stopped by a male employee? Said male employee was not stopping any other patrons of this sketchy establishment.  Asked what he could help me with looking at me suspiciously.  I said nothing.  He said what are you doing i at this point was aggravated I said my clothes are in that washing machine and if it’s alright with you I’m going to get them    I walked off and was approached yet again.  Long story short just don’t do it.

Plenty of machines, very affordable, tons of amenities like an extensive play area for kids! Joey is always super friendly and Virginia makes you feel like you're in her home doing laundry! She never stops moving, lol. New to the area. I needed some clothes cleaned after a wedding. Our neighbor suggested this place. Drop off was easy as they have a drive thru option. The clerk was quick, respectful and very helpful. I was notified by a text message that my clothes were ready within 2 days. Again, I used the drive thru and off I went after payment. Though this business is a bit away, I will certainly go back when I am in need of a cleaner. Thanks for a great experience!

I have used this dry cleaners for many years.  They do a good job for a very reasonable price.  They always have it ready when expected. The service is excellent, and with a drive thru it is very convenient.

This was the worst place to go to get dry cleaning done. Our shirts were so post to be heavy starched and you cant hardly til they even have starch on them. Owner was called No one cared at all they were not done correctly and made us pay full price for us to have to come home and have to re do them our selves. I also found pants that were not even creased like they were so post to either> HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTREMELY HORRBILE DRY CLEANING. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY TO USE THEM!!!!!!!

Absolutely the most selfish non professional un educationed people you will be around. They were paid to strach shirts heavy and you cant even til they were even done. They strached pants the wrong directions as well. We spent $300 to get a service done and NOTHING WAS DONE CORRECTLY. OWNER was only worried about getting there money not there service. Horrible Horrible place. Save your money.

Went on a Saturday evening after 7pm… all the extra large washers were not working. Majority of the smaller washers were the same.Took $12.00 that I didn’t have to spend for real. No phone numbers to report any machine problems or anything. I will not be coming back to this Laundry Room ever again. This was my first and last time. How can an Brand New product not be working…. Plus they have snack and soda machines in here, but are not working at all either.

Horrible..!!! It was nice when it first opened. Now 85% of the machines are broken.
My clothes almost got stuck in one of the washing machines due to it breaking while in cycle. Now I have to rewash them. ( Another 26 minutes to wash) You can see the water dripping from the basket because the cycle didn’t finish.

The ones that are broken shows $1.25, $1.75 or $.50 (they’re actually $3.50)

The washing machine that shows $5.00 is full so you can’t put your money in it. (Lost a cup of detergent there)

There is NO PHONE NUMBER to request assistance for anything. Will be finding a different location from now on.

Do Not Lose Your Money and Time at Jack’s Coin Laundry!

Immediately upon entering disestablishment I noticed that there was a loud odor of feces the smell was very close. However it did not smell like this outside but inside it had a very disgusting smell. The bathroom is completely inoperable the smell of bodily fluids was so overwhelming it is absolutely sickening. Not to mention that this restroom looks like it has never ever been clean since the building was built. There are not many people in here and although it gives a welcoming look just coming in the refresher vending machine is completely empty snack machine sort of empty does not work there is no wash sink most of the washers have a lot of mud and dirty residue sitting in them. I absolutely would not recommend using this particular location unless you really really have to and do not have to use the bathroom because there isn't one that's suitable for animal to use yet alone a human that picture shows a toilet bowl full of human feces and the sink has no attachments to even wash your hands the sink remains with feces as well. This is an absolutely disgusting place

I came in to wash a comforter and had to pay $2 for a card that I will never use again. Fine. I spent $10 on one wash/card and  I couldn’t get it to start. It took my money!!! $10 literally down the drain. There is no way to contact the people who own this place. I went next door to see if they knew who to call and they said no. Go somewhere else unless you want to have your money taken and leave with dirty clothes. I wouldn’t recommend this place. They are very expensive and it’s strange that there is no contact info if something goes wrong like taking money with no service rendered. Go anywhere but here.

All the machines smell. There’s no one here when the machines take your money. 1 took 9$ before it would start and it’s 7.50 for extended wash. Then gave this error after spinning for 10 mins and not putting water in.

It’s 18 washers here in only 5 are working
