Keith and the entire team were incredibly careful with my gown, kind, professional, and right on time. If you need your dress cleaned or preserved, I honestly couldn’t recommend a better place. Mariela is wonderful!!! This is probably the most bizarre request for shoes that I’ve ever made! One of the bottom of my favorite sandals had literally started to come completely off. I asked Mariela if they could remove it completely and put it back on securely. Then I asked her if they could also take the other sandal with no damage, and remove the entire bottom and replace it…. knowing the same thing would happen to the bottom like the other at some point. She was able to convey to whoever made this repair, exactly what I wanted. The (both) sandals are perfect!!!

Always do a great job! I’ve been with them for maybe 8-9 years; Staff has always been pleasant. Owners are very kind! - they’ve gone above and beyond for my toddlers suits to get rid of stains that are almost impossible. Keith(owner) even cleaned a 6ft teddy bear for me that I don’t believe to be part of what they clean since he had to do it by hand because it didn’t fit their machinery. I recommend them!

I needed to see if a goodwill find could be altered, and my husband raved about this place for all of our dry cleaning needs. My most recent visit was very disappointing.

From the moment I walked in to the alterations room, the employee made me feel like I was bothering her. Before I could even explain what I needed, she cut me off with, “before we get started, I’m a month out.” When I asked if she could at least take a look, she walked over but said that in most cases there wasn't enough.

I explained that the pieces were all different designers and just needed a quick check to see if any of them had enough fabric. She looked at one, said “no, they don’t,” and didn’t bother checking the others.

It was unhelpful and rude, especially compared to the rest of the staff who have always been super nice. Really disappointing experience.

I needed my wedding dress/bridesmaid dresses steamed due to traveling from out of town. I was so stressed because of the small window of time we had to have them ready by. They were absolutely accommodating, efficient, easy to work with and made me feel comfortable and did a spectacular job. Highly recommend!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR WEDDING DRESS HERE!!! I was so incredibly disappointed when I picked up my dress from the woman who said, "Oh I was surprised a lot of the stains came out" so I smiled and thought great and didn't think anything of it. Opened the bag with the dress a day later to realize it had a note at the top that they could not get stains out. Fair enough, I understand stains can be hard to get out at times but why make that comment to me when I picked it up or go over the dress with me when I picked it up. Well, see for yourself with the photos below that I paid $160 and received my dress back in this condition. My dress was dirty on the bottom and had makeup around the bust area. There were no red wine stains or major stains on the dress. I went back the next business day and the woman told me she worked for hours on the dress and tried everything. I asked if she could work on it some more as it looked like none of the "stains" were treated. She told me I would have to PAY for that service!! I tried to let this place make it right and they had no desire to. I could pay for it again to be "cleaned" and oh yes she will try and tell you there is no guarantee stains will come out. I immediately called AR GOWN PRESERVATION, took my dress to them and within a few days my dress is CLEAN! So everyone please please read these reviews and do not take your wedding dress to this place! You can see from the photos the first two is what my dressed looked like and then second two are from AR GOWN PRESERVATION who actually cleaned my dress! And no, he did not wash my dress (instructions on the dress said it could not be dry cleaned). He worked 6 hours on it by hand!

This place is the absolute worst I dropped off my daughter's jrotc uniform and let them know I needed it back by Monday as my daughter needs it for school Tuesday I was assured they would have it ready. I came to pick it up and was told that they made a mistake and cant have it ready till tomorrow I asked is there anything at all you can do I was told flat out no. They have no care that they made an error and didnt try to make it right at all poor customer service

First time I have used Old Town Dry Cleaners.  I misread the closing time and thought they closed at 7p.  I needed a suit cleaned and a button added, and 2 shirts cleaned and starched.
I got off work at 6p and got to the cleaners at 6:25.  The lady closing told me they had closed at 6p. (On 1/5/2023)

Gratefully she reopened the doors and found my order and I paid.  So thankful for her WONDERFUL help.  I had a funeral the next day and didn’t have another suit.  I appreciate this customer service because it was above and beyond and she didn’t have to do it.

We've been using them out of convenience but they are very expensive and lately, have not even cleaned our clothes!  Twice within the last two months, I've received articles back that were dropped off slightly dirty and when I picked them up, they were still dirty!  I'm not talking stains either, just a simple cleaning would do the job.

Watch out with the hidden prices. I left a dress and they told me the cost was going to be around $11 to clean; however when I picked up they told me the dress was classified as formal and they charged me $30 instead!

Idk when the last time this place and the machines were cleaned but it sure was not recently. Googled this place and they get 4 stars maybe it is their dry cleaning service but it sure is not the laundromat. Hair and lint on everything inside and outside the machines. The floor looks like it hasn't been polished ever. The ceiling looks like it just collects moisture. Seems like there is no air conditioning working just fans moving heat around.
Let's talk about pricing/cost; what the actual fudge! For the small machines:

The place is clean and staff seems kind but $10.50 for a single self load wash and an additional $15 for a single dryer is crazy, especially considering there isn't any heating or cooling in the building.  A single load of laundry absolutely shouldn't have cost me almost $30. $30 to sit in my own sweat for an hour... insane.

Edit: added two stars because the washer I used didn't make my clothes smell weird in a way public washers frequently do. If the price is like this to support the staff I understand. The woman here today was very kind. The situation is understandable, but still uncmfortable.

It was bad experienced the machine not working bad service. I lost 4.00 dollars in one machine plus I have to pay 8 in different machines and pay 3  more to use hot water . I ask for my refund they say no to me .It was my first time here and it will be my last time.

Nice enough place to wash clothes. Just wish there were more large commercial washers. Needed to wash a large bulky comforter, only to find 1 guy using all 3 commercial washers. The 4th one was out of order.

To have a facility in the middle of summer have no ac whats so ever is ridiculous.. both double doors wide open with 2 slow high ceiling fans didn't help at all. I felt so bad for the sweet lady. Who works there. She said she is from Marcialese Island and they don't have ac there so she's used to it. But the rest of us here are not. And mostly elderly people in there .. beat red faces just sitting there waiting for their laundry it was so sad.
