Keith and the entire team were incredibly careful with my gown, kind, professional, and right on time. If you need your dress cleaned or preserved, I honestly couldn’t recommend a better place. Keith is amazing—you have to go to Captain Keith’s Cleaners!!!!!

Mariela is wonderful!!! This is probably the most bizarre request for shoes that I’ve ever made! One of the bottom of my favorite sandals had literally started to come completely off. I asked Mariela if they could remove it completely and put it back on securely. Then I asked her if they could also take the other sandal with no damage, and remove the entire bottom and replace it…. knowing the same thing would happen to the bottom like the other at some point. She was able to convey to whoever made this repair, exactly what I wanted. The (both) sandals are perfect!!!

Always do a great job! I’ve been with them for maybe 8-9 years; Staff has always been pleasant. Owners are very kind! - they’ve gone above and beyond for my toddlers suits to get rid of stains that are almost impossible. Keith(owner) even cleaned a 6ft teddy bear for me that I don’t believe to be part of what they clean since he had to do it by hand because it didn’t fit their machinery. I recommend them!

I needed to see if a goodwill find could be altered, and my husband raved about this place for all of our dry cleaning needs. My most recent visit was very disappointing.

From the moment I walked in to the alterations room, the employee made me feel like I was bothering her. Before I could even explain what I needed, she cut me off with, “before we get started, I’m a month out.” When I asked if she could at least take a look, she walked over but said that in most cases there wasn't enough.

I explained that the pieces were all different designers and just needed a quick check to see if any of them had enough fabric. She looked at one, said “no, they don’t,” and didn’t bother checking the others.

It was unhelpful and rude, especially compared to the rest of the staff who have always been super nice. Really disappointing experience.

On May 8th 2024 at 9:43 a.m.one of the drivers for Old Town Dry Cleaners ran a red light at the intersection of South Walton & SW 5th. They hit the car I was driving & admitted to fault. We exchanged insurance information & no biggie, but later when they spoke to their insurance company again they denied fault! Do not give this place your money!! They are corrupt & do NOT accept fault or accountability when they do stuff that is clear they are at fault! Go somewhere - anywhere else! The owner(s) are the ones that denied accountability! Had shirts dry cleaned/ laundered and starched for work. They do excellent work. Fast and efficient.

Did an amazing job with my mud stained,  white bed spread. Also had it ready much quicker than expected.

We brought in a suit to be dry cleaned and asked if it was possible to have two buttons sewed on. They said they could not sew buttons on as they don’t offer that service. When the numerous items were picked up and brought home I realized they gave me the wrong suit. Wrong brand, wrong size, no missing buttons, and a small fray was missing from the suit. The manager/owner asked me try on the jacket. It was clearly 3 inches short from my wrist. After about an hour I get a phone call stating they looked at the video and it’s the suit we brought in. To add more insult to injury, he thinks we brought in the wrong suit and possibly mixed it up with another guys suit at the previous wedding I attended a year prior. ???? Who could accidentally mix up a jacket and pants at a wedding? Just admit the mistake. I’ve never been so insulted. It’s a shame you camet leave a zero star review. You gave someone my suit and gave me a cheap blue suit, admit your fault, offer a refund or something besides blaming me for your incompetence. Shame on you.

We drove from Illinois to Arkansas on Thursday, Old Town Dry Cleaners willingly steamed my dress just in time for me to be married on Saturday.

They were very friendly, and very fast! My dress was ready to be picked up less than 24 hours after dropping it off. Thank you!

First time I have used Old Town Dry Cleaners.  I misread the closing time and thought they closed at 7p.  I needed a suit cleaned and a button added, and 2 shirts cleaned and starched.
I got off work at 6p and got to the cleaners at 6:25.  The lady closing told me they had closed at 6p. (On 1/5/2023)

Gratefully she reopened the doors and found my order and I paid.  So thankful for her WONDERFUL help.  I had a funeral the next day and didn’t have another suit.  I appreciate this customer service because it was above and beyond and she didn’t have to do it.

We've been using them out of convenience but they are very expensive and lately, have not even cleaned our clothes!  Twice within the last two months, I've received articles back that were dropped off slightly dirty and when I picked them up, they were still dirty!  I'm not talking stains either, just a simple cleaning would do the job.

Watch out with the hidden prices. I left a dress and they told me the cost was going to be around $11 to clean; however when I picked up they told me the dress was classified as formal and they charged me $30 instead!
