WARNING! I recently bought a new suit last week. Wore it only twice and needed it to get dry cleaned (my mistake, hindsight 20/20). I paid $10 for this service and there were strings coming out of the fabric, stitching undone, and the collar is floppy and not pressed. So even if the quality is bad, which I doubt, the pressing wasn’t even done properly (or at all?). I brought it to Brookelyn’s attention and she said to blame the manufacturer. So if you want your suit to have fabric coming off of it, stitching undone, unpressed collars that were worse than when you bought it in, and an unpleasant smell for $10, this is the place to go. I now have to make a visit to a tailor to fix this since the “manufacturer” is so bad.

I cannot stress enough: DO NOT USE MOOSE CLEANERS!  I brought in my wedding suit to have cleaned, and when I got it back, there wasn't a button that was not broken or chipped.  There's nothing I could do about it because they are "not responsible for buttons".  When I called them and asked what their process was, if there was any special notice I should have given them, etc., all they could say was "not necessarily" and "I don't know".  Now, I have to have every button on the suit replaced because I made the mistake of trusting Moose Cleaners with my clothing.  Don't make the same mistake I did.  This was a pitiful job done by Moose, and they should be embarrassed to operate in this way, but you get what you pay for.  I guess I should have known better.

I decided to use Moose cleaners over my usual cleaners because they are more conveniently located in proximity to my office and the times I start/end my day. I am very disappointed in the state my clothing was returned in. The shirts look as if they were simply sprayed with starch and put on a hanger. The sleeves are horribly wrinkled and half of the collars aren’t buttoned to hold them in place. I was also shocked when I dropped my cleaning off that you have to pay when you drop off....now I know why. No one would pay for what I received.  I could have saved money if I had washed and pressed my shirts at home. First and last time customer here. Do it yourself or go somewhere else.

I've called this location twice @12:07pm but someone kept answering but wouldn't say anything. I hung up because they picked up and played the phone down ugh!!!🤮 1-31-2025 12:10p.

I especially like they are open for a few hours  on Saturday. I dropped off a few items after 6pm on Thursday to pick up on Saturday.

Stuck at repair shop with our RV, decided to get some laundry done. Went to Sparkle Clean Coin Laundromat.  It was so clean in there, looks like they work hard to keep it nice. Helpful staff, clean facility, great experience doing a boring task. Thank you!

This place is clean and neatly cleaned. It has many regular sized of course but also has large washers and dryers, which is very convenient. There were two coin exchange machines.

This laundry is by far the absolute best. It is exceptionally clean always. The attendants which are on duty open to close daily are a cut above the rest. If you are running a few min. Behind, let the attendant know mostlikely will not be an issue. I would not choose a different laundry. If I had to drive 40 miles to get here, certainly would do so.

The machines don’t work. One of the machines stopped filled to the brim with water at the end of the cycle. The lady attendant was rude and racist and tried to talk sideways to me. Each time I’ve gone the dryers never get hot enough and I’ll put almost 5 dollars worth of quarters.  The bathroom was nasty. Don’t go here also even if I put the washer setting on hot water only cold water runs.

My weekly Experience here at the Laundromat is always Excellent. It's always nice & clean they have on duty workers there at all time. It's a place that I & others do feel safe & comfortable there. They do have Snack machine in there that's  Reasonable price. Change machines where you don't have to worry about trying to find enough changes to wash or dry your clothes.  They don't allow people to just hang around there if they're not washing. Which I like it's in a nice & safe area there in North Little Rock, Arkansas. You're close to eating places around you & grocerie store. I like it and has been an customer there for over an year now. "YES" I GIVE THEM AN 5 🌟 🌟 they deserve it..

I had to wash large blankets and comforters this week so I took them to the Fun Wash. It was nice and clean, had large super easy machines and plenty of dryers for Saturday morning wash day. I’m glad this open and spacious place is available at such a safe and convenient location for the cumbersome items that need special attention every few months. Working token and change machines as well as a machine with laundry products. Also available is an attendant to do your laundry for you. Nice.

Almost every single time I come here the washing machines are filthy. The attendant on duty was simply texting on her phone when I asked her to clean three of the washing machines that I wanted to use, I was met with a buck-eyed look of shock as a response. one of the washing machines had a dead roach on top of it when I told her that she jumped up, grabbed A “Cleaning” BOTTLE OF WATER & Sprayed the roach with water & wiped the machine off in that one spot, even though the whole washing machine was filthy. Then, she asked me what machines I needed cleaned, I asked her if she could clean my machines with something stronger than water, Her response was that was against company policy and, only water was allowed to be used as a cleaning agent for the washing machines. I took it upon myself to clean my own washing machines with disinfectant wipes so basically, I had to do her job for free then turn around & pay to get my clothes washed. Can’t wait until I get ahold of corporate because if she doesn’t want her job I sure wouldn’t mind taking it!!

My son and I have let the wonderful employees of this location launder our clothes as we are just busy with life and honestly lazy. Never once have I regretted the decision to support my laziness because Fun Wash had my back. Fun wash understood the assignment and continues to and for that no Star review is high enough. Washer to dryer ratio is warped so on a crowded day like today I had finished washing and no dryers were available.  After 15 minutes of waiting, i left and took my clothes to another laundromat to dry.  Bring your own change.  Tokens are in dollar increments.  The washer is 2.50 and doesn't give change.   Do the math.

Plenty of washers and dryers available! They have 2-75 lb washers and 2-55 lb dryers! It made washing multiple loads quicker! A good BBQ place across the street to eat while you wait.

It isn't perfect, older, no funwash token machines or ATM for tokens options, but it's never super busy. Most machines work, I've not seen trash cans overflowing, nor hobos sleeping inside (like some places) some machines are quarters only, but there are ones that do NOT say quarters only that took my old Funwash tokens from my old town's location. I prefer this one over the nicer ones further north because it has a less stressful atmosphere.

The facility is decently maintained and the temperature inside is mostly comfortable. The washing machines are over priced and the dryers have different heat intensity.

When everybody else was crowded they weren't. The place is cleaning. I like the option you have machines and how you can press your clothes. That's a nice touch. If I had to complain it would be about the dryers some of them add more time than others. Can you put money in them. The place was clean and uncrowded and that was nice. 🙂

They were so nice and although they put my name down wrong, it was still a really good experience!

I took a baseball cap into this place and was told it would be ready within 1 to 2 days. This was on a Wednesday. I called back Friday afternoon to see if it was ready since I had not heard from them and they told me they had to send it off so I had not given them enough time. I called back the following Wednesday. At this point I was told that it was lost and I could either look for compensation or speak to the manager the following Tuesday. No apologies for their mistake were given whatsoever. I called back the next Monday to try and see if the manager was in and was placed on a 5 to 8-minute hold where I could plainly hear all of the employees talking but they would not assist me with my call. After hang up. I tried to call them back repeatedly but got an error message because they left the phone off the hook and never checked it. This is more than unsatisfactory. I would not refer anyone to this place.

After waiting the time required, Crestwood Cleaners did reimburse for my lost cap and apologized. I've updated their review. I cannot give them 5 stars bc of the loss of property and bc of the initial handiing I can only give 3 stars I thank them for doing what they did, it's more than most businesses, they owned their mistake.

Crestwood Cleaners is terrible! I specifically told them no crease because in my past experience they put a double crease. I pick up my pants and guess what, double crease! It is my fault because I knew they were bad but kept going for convenience but never again!! They are lazy and unprofessional! Zero stars!

Took wedding gown in 09/03 for cleaning and steam. Picked up on 09/06 and there where stains on the dress that where not there before. (Dress has not been worn) They offered to redo with rush and it was ready 09/10. Upon pickup checking the dress the initial stains where gone but new ones where on the dress. No manager onsite, unable to call manager or offer refund. Called manager next morning who then refused refund. I took to new cleaner who had dress done in 10 mins and was able to remove the stains.

I am very disappointed. I took a pair of lined drapes, value $200 to be cleaned. When I got them back, they were shrunk in length by 4 inches. I took them back and they tried to fix them. No change. Cannot be used in my home. They took no responsibility for the situation. Just a warning to others. I guess they do alright with other items. I don't know. No offer to pay for value or refund of cleaning fee. $50.
