I recently brought all my couch covers to Diamond Laundry and Cleaners, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. This super quaint mom-and-pop shop is the kind of place you feel good about supporting. From the moment I walked in, Jessica greeted me with warm, genuine service that’s hard to come by these days.

They did an incredible job cleaning the covers—everything came back spotless, fresh, and perfectly pressed. What really impressed me was the price: incredibly reasonable, especially considering the quality of their work.

Diamond Laundry and Cleaners is the definition of a local gem—reliable, friendly, and professional. I’ll definitely be returning for all my dry cleaning needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, affordable cleaner with a personal touch.

I have gone there for 5 years or more but in late 2024and esp. 2025 the quality started to drop a lot. I consistently get wrinkled shirts and they staple the cleaning tag inside and it is hard to remove. When I picked up last time, they had a note that one shirt had a broken button but it was on the wrap of 10 shirts. I had to hunt down which shirt it was and then what? Usually a dry cleaners is the place to fix it and they didn't even offer to do that. Trying a new cleaner today

The service here was excellent and charming; I got a neon yellow jacket and a skirt, dark blue with lengthy pleats and white designs, cleaned and deodorized for just under 40 dollars.

First time user even though their facility is a stone's throw from my house. I am so impressed! I just left my clothes outside, they very unobtrusively picked them up, and less than 24hrs later I got them back, packaged and sorted beautifully. I was initially shocked at the 120+ price tag, but their pricing is very clear on the website, they charge by pound and I gave them 45 lbs of laundry. Again, all folded and sorted for easy putting away. They are a little too expensive for my regular use, but next time I get behind on laundry and need some help I will absolutely use this service again.

Used this service after we had to clean a ton of clothes after a fire. They did maybe 200+ articles of clothing in a day turn around. It was so fast and efficient. I definitely will be using them again!

I called and the Asian lady with an accent refused to tell me how much the costs are per wash and per dry. Ridiculous. Then hung up the phone on me and didn't answer when I called back multiple times. Unethical business practices and probably fraudulent as well..

Pros: the service was awesome- they picked up my laundry and dropped it off saving me the trip to the laundrymat and my laundry is super clean and folded nicely. They also were able to find my location which was really nice

Cons: I gave them 2 bags of laundry (about half what I do in a week for my business) to try it out and it cost me $175 because I had blankets. It  won’t lie, when I saw the price I had sticker shock. This was my fault for not fully understanding pricing before trying out the service but I wanted to warn others they charge almost $18 per blanket. I understand they have to make money, but if you run a day spa like me, it will cost you less to pay an assistant to take your laundry to the fluff and fold. Considering I buy my blankets in bulk, it would also cost me less to let each of my clients take their blankets home with them and buy new ones for each service. For towels and sheets or regular laundry I can see this being a great service but I would not recommend it if you have blankets

I’m genuinely disappointed with the experience I had at Rex Cleaners. I brought in six suits for tailoring, expecting professional attention to detail based on the strong reviews. Unfortunately, all six suits came back with different sleeve lengths, showing a clear lack of consistency and care in the tailoring process.

I gave them a second chance and returned the suits for corrections. When I picked them up again, I was even more frustrated: one suit had not been touched at all, another had a button barely hanging on, and one still had sleeves that were over an inch too short.

The lack of attention from the tailor, the staff who pressed the suits, and anyone who handled quality control is incredibly disappointing. It’s clear that no one took the time to properly check the work.

Despite the good reviews that initially brought me in, my experience was far from satisfactory. I cannot recommend Rex Cleaners based on this, and I would urge others to think twice before trusting them with valuable garments. It's now over 1.5 weeks since they've had the suits for a simple sleeve hemming job.

Dropped the suits off for a second round of adjustments after the first attempt resulted in inconsistent lengths across all of them. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. One suit came back completely untouched, another had a button barely hanging on, and yet another was a full inch shorter than the rest. The lack of attention to detail was incredibly frustrating. It’s clear that neither the tailor nor the staff take pride in their work or care enough to get it right after a second drop off. I strongly advise against bringing your clothes here for alterations.

I gave 8 dress shirts here for dry clean and two of them had tear in the shirts. Would not recommend this place. Ruined 2 $70 shirts.

The people I've interacted with here are very welcoming and friendly. There are other dry cleaners around me, but I make the drive to take my boys' suits here to get dry cleaned. The value for their amazing service is excellent!
